"Great stay for family, spacious, plenty room for sleep and just hang out. The only issue was that one of the rooms heater barely worked, but it was just 2 of us this time, so wasn't a big issue. Definitely will come. "

It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. "We had a great stay at this property. It was very conveniently located near Gunstock Ski Resort. The hot tub was perfect after a long day skiing and tubing. The home was clean and well-furnished."

"The house is very cozy and warm. Have basic needs for cooking. We should be back to this place."

"This property is one of a kind, a log “cabin” (beautiful house) with a large yard right on the lake. There was tons to do, kayaks, floats, games, a huge deck to eat dinner outside and plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy."

"Everything was great about this stay. Very clean place set off the road a little but only a few minutes from all the shops. Stairs and everything were shoveled and salted when we got there and there was more close by if we needed it. Left during a snow storm and the host was very nice and plowing the road which helped a lot. Definitely going to be staying here again!"

"Stayed for long weekend with family! Plenty of room for all! The pool was a hit with the grandchildren. Very close to skiing great for seasoned skiers as well as new beginners. Must remember to book lesson ahead of time and also ski rentals."

"My family including 6 adults and 2 children stayed at this house February 14-17, 2025. House is as described in listing. House was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed the sun room as we watched the snow fall. Karaoke machine was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely go back and remarked that it would be fun to be there in the summer. The only suggestion was for some hooks to hang winter coats and jackets."

"This was our second year staying here, and we had looked forward to it since we checked out last year. This has become our happy place and a place of peace, which we need as we have very high stress jobs. The place is just perfect for a couple who needs a quiet retreat into nature, away from all the noise of their every day lives. A perfect place to unplug and connect with one another."

"Steven’s house in Laconia was the perfect location for a family ski weekend getaway. Just 14 minutes from Gunstock and even less to town, it made getting around simple & easy. The interior was warm, welcoming, clean and tastefully appointed. We loved so much about staying here that I’m confident we’ll be back to both enjoy it in the winter, and summer. "It’s no wonder that the house resides on Paradise Drive. An absolute slice of heaven. This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to book again.
