Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. "The location was unbeatable, walking distance to literally everything, restaurants, boat tours and the scenic train ride."

"The property is in a great location, right across the street from main street and many bars/restaurants. It is also in the heart of PSU student housing so the area has a lot of foot traffic and bar traffic. The property is not fancy, and the decor is outdated. The property offers a large space for your group to spread out but their is only 1 bathroom and the shower is quite small. The floors are somewhat slanted as the building is from the 1800's and upstairs carpet should be replaced....
