"What would I say? I love this place. Very clean and very quiet. They have a kitchenette inside you can definitely cook and make your own meal no need to eat out.The Bed is very comfortable. Its been a year since I started coming here and here I am still loving this place. The price is better than anyone else. Owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for those who want a cheap but comfortable stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was well stocked with lots of games, movies, toys. All combined with the piano, foosball table, screened in porch and private backyard gave us plenty to do as a family with all ages. Everything was of very high quality and comfortable. We also really appreciated how responsive, friendly, and accommodating our hosts and their staff were. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This was a REALLY NICE place. The host provided everything you could possibly need. The residence was spotless. The beds were firm but comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay here again next time we’re in the area (if it’s available!). "

"Communication with the host was simple and she was accessible. The basic amenities were readily available and we did not have to rush to go to the supermarket when we arrived. The place is spacious, clean and neighbourhood very quiet."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean. The floors were so clean when wiping up some water drips, there was not one spec of dirt on the paper towel! That is my measure for being clean! Home owners were excellent to work with. Texting answers to my many questions. We stayed while we were in town for the 12 Hours of Sebring race. Easy 30 minute drive to the track. Beautiful view of the lake with lounge chairs on a private beach behind the house. I can't say enough about...

"This “Old Florida” lakefront cottage was perfect for us! It was spotless with plenty of linens and a well-equipped kitchen. We had a Celebration of Life and asked folks to bring chairs to enjoy the huge grass yard by Eagle Lake. The lot runs from the road to the Lake so there was plenty of parking. Highly recommend this property and its responsive and thoughtful host."

"WOW!! we dont stay at BB s too often, but this was a great place to stay. Everything was provided. Great view of the lake. fishing was good. Very, very relaxing. quite neighborhood and plenty of space for 3 adults, and a med sized dog. would recommend this stay for anyone. we check on hotels in the area and they were way more expensive. This is the place to stay for Lake Wales and nearby adventures. "

"I was in Florida for the Miss Florida pageant with my 3 and 4 year old grandchildren. The tiny house was perfect. The location was great for us. We went to the pool, the playground, and we were in easy driving distant to Dinosaur World and the beach. (Leave early to the beach, it may be 60 miles, but traffic is everything.)I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because I never once talked to anyone during the entire rental process. "This property was about 9 minutes from the wedding venue. We were able to relax and take our time getting ready. We did not use the pool or outside area, but it looked inviting."

"We were in town visiting family as well as attending a wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was the perfect size for our group (3 adults and 2 kids), and came with so many personalized touches. We were truly impressed! During our stay something random came up that we needed the property managers assistance with and she was so responsive and made sure we were completely taken care of. If we are ever in Lake Wales again, we will definitely be back as this listing was just perfect!...
