We do not charge a cleaning fee. First 3 bookings will receive a 20% discount. We offer additional discounts for one-week and monthly stays. Simple check out instructions. We want our guests to enjoy a hassle-free experience.

5. Master features king size bed; french door leads directly out to patio/pool; and en suite bathroom with double sinks, tub, shower, and a toilet that is enclosed in its own space.

6. Spacious bedrooms – all 3 rooms equipped have large beds (king/queen), TVs and lots of closet and dresser space.

7. Fully stocked kitchen - equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots and pans. We also welcome all guests with light snacks, water, coffee, tea, and oatmeal.

8. Lots of space to gather - living room couch, dining room and patio table comfortably seats 6 people.

9. Private driveway with room for 2 vehicles.

10. We are located in the heart of Lakeland, between Tampa and Orlando, near major highways, Downtown Lakeland (15 min), Legoland (25 min), Disney World (40 min), Tampa Outlet (50 min) and 12 colleges/universities (5-25 min).

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage and owner closets in the hallway.

Smart TV: All rooms have smart TVs with access to Visio and Toshiba free channels or you can log into your Amazon Prime, Netflix or Hulu streaming accounts.

Maintenance: There are weekly maintenance services performed in pool, lawn and grass areas. All maintenance work is performed outside and does not require access inside home. Work generally takes place during daytime hours, for approximately 15-25 minutes. For all reservations, we will advise guests on what day(s) maintenance will take place. If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Security: We have one ring video doorbell facing front entrance. Three outdoor cameras facing front yard, backyard and side of house. All cameras are motion-activated, record video and are on 24/7. The cameras are for the safety of our guest and to protect our home. We only monitor if there are issues.

Rules: All guests are required to adhere to pool usage and house rules. Failure to do so can result in cancellation of the reservation.
