SINGLE FAMILY HOME * 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home in the heart of Lake Worth Beach!
Only 3 min from the Beach and downtown Lake Worth. Full of shops bars, restaurants, coffee shop and boutiques.

**This fully furnished & turnkey for your stay. All cooking essentials. There is plenty of room for you & your guests to relax, lounge in the sun, cool off in the pool, and savor peace and quiet. Grill and enjoy a calming outdoor dinner.

*The space: 2 story single family home. SLEEPS 6
**DOWN STAIRS you have full kitchen, living room, dining room, Master Bedroom has queen bed and attached full bathroom.

A full bathroom upstairs is shared by both rooms.

**OUTSIDE you have pool, outside sitting, dining area with BBQ grill(charcoal). Home is also fully fenced. And very private.

Relaxing summer week
The purpose of this trip was a family vacation to be able to go to the beach and enjoy each other company. The house is super comfortable, you have everything you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you desire to cook, bake, etc. You have three very comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. A good living space indeed and entertainment space outside by the pool. We were able to visit five different beaches around the area and we really liked Lake Worth Beach that is the one closer to the house. Juno Beach is beautiful too but is 30 minutes north from the house. Check in and check out we’re super easy,. we stayed with our family pets (2 dogs) too, the backyard is fully fenced and there are rocks around the pool instead of grass and dirt which worked great for the dogs. The neighborhood is busy, meaning a lot of traffic and people walking around specially in the morning and afternoon. It’s located in the old part of town . There are cameras in front and on the back yard, once you are inside the house the outdoor noise doesn’t bother at all. We were able to have a beautiful week at the beach and we created a lot of new family memories. It was our first time going to the East coast and my kids loved it, chances are we will do it again next summer.

Nicely stocked home
The house itself was very close to what was shown. The house was in a neighborhood with many people walking around at all hours (no fault of the owners). We did have an issue with someone trying to use the passcode dressed in all black, maybe it was the wrong door. We did notify the property owners and they provided quick response. A camera is in the front and back which eased our minds and no one actually gained entry, also there are gates to be opened first which provided us peace of mind. The house itself was nice. They allowed pets which provided more peace of mind for us, also everything is gated which was so nice to not let pets out. The house is extremely well stocked with everything that you could ask for. From spices, to cleaning products, to laundry powder, soap, extra bags, to waffle makers and air fryers. I will say there were some cosmetic things that may need to be addressed that we noticed. Closet door inside of closet in upstairs bedroom, laundry door that is offtrack, the side and back door are difficult to open/close, the back door has no curtain and was lying inside of the closet with the rod, also that first floor back room was much warmer than the rest of the house although there are two fans to help. You cannot turn the AC down below 71 or it will freeze (per their labeling) and during the day the temperature stayed around 77 indoors (but in all fairness it is Florida in the summer). Also, few smoke detectors. Pool was nice and cleaned during our stay!

Nice little place for family
We enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the pool and it was conveniently located near the concert venue and beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Sweet spot
This is a great little house. Perfect for me and my 2 teenage sons, and friend. The backyard with pool, side yard with outdoor table and grill, was a huge selling point. I loved drinking my coffee outside every morning. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, even spices! The beds are super comfortable. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our needs and questions. The living room furniture isn’t abundant or very comfortable. The couch is pretty dingy. That is really the only thing we’d have changed. The neighborhood is busy on the weekend and it took us 10 - 15 minutes to get to the beach depending on the time of day and what was going on in town. Overall a great find. Would definitely stay again if we visit Lake Worth again.

Nice stay. We would have liked more towels and some of the washcloths were like cleaning rags with gray streaks . Floors upstairs need mopped.
