UNIT 'A' (2b/1b) - Sleeps 6

The largest of both units (850 Sq Ft), Unit A comfortably sleeps 6 guests across two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living room.
The Master Bedroom boasts a King bed, bench and a large desk, ideals for those needing to work. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, 42" wall mounted flat-screen TV with Roku and a bench.

The spa-like bathroom wows with an extra-tall walk-in shower featuring Carrara Marble look tile, glass shower doors and a spa shower head. Freshen up in the trendy vessel sink and feel like in a five star resort with our a full set of toiletries & bathrobes.

A state-of-the-art kitchen features handcrafted open-shelving stocked with every gadget and piece of cookware a chef could dream of. Whip up delicious meals with a full set of top-of the-line stainless steel appliances, plenty of spices and cooking essentials & a massive farmhouse sink.

The spacious and open-concept living room serves as the entertainment hub of the home. Grab some popcorn, pick a movie out of thousands from complimentary Netflix & Amazon Prime Video selections and snuggle up on the plush sleeper sofa for a movie night on the brand new 55" Smart Fire TV with voice commands feature. A farmhouse bar facing the open window in the entryway serves as a laptop-friendly desk for those preferring to catch up on emails, or to gather for hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

UNIT 'B' (1b/1b) - Sleeps 4

The chic and secluded 540 Sq. Ft. unit B, sleeps 4 across 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living room. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser and three closets. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with a Spa shower head and hand held, vessel sink and a full set of toiletries & bathrobes.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining room features hand-made open shelving, sleek granite counter tops, a full suite of stainless-steel appliances & table for 4. Next to it, the cozy living room has a new 55" Smart TV with free live TV and Prime Video access.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take your pick with two separate seating/dining areas in the extensive tropical landscaped backyard, each with its own grill. Send the kids out to the huge backyard with lots of room to run and play while you gather for drinks and conversation. As evening falls, enjoy the ambiance of the twinkling patio bistro lights while dinner sizzles on the grill.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of snacks, coffee & beverages, Washer/Dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime videos & board games for a full suite of entertainment. A full beach set including beach chairs, umbrellas, tote bag, coolers, beach towels & blanket. Complete toiletries including bathrobes, make-up wipes, cotton wipes & shampoo/body wash/conditioner.

The full house is for your own private use only. This property is a duplex consisting of two separate units with separate entrances. The only area shared space between both units is the laundry room which is a separate room located at the carport containing a state-of-the-art washer & dryer.

THINGS TO NOTE:

*** These are two adjacent but separate units under the same roof, each with its own separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room & separate AC. There are no internal connecting doors in between both units. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, persons under the age of 21 cannot be accommodated alone in each unit; there must be at least one responsible adult over the age of 21 present in each unit. Each unit is also offered individually, please contact me for information on the individual listings for each unit ***

No boat and trailer parking on driveway.

Maximum parking for 3 cars.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, persons under the age of 21 cannot be accommodated alone in each unit; there must be at least one responsible adult over the age of 21 present in each unit.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.

There is a max of 10 guests allowed at ANY time.

Signing our Rental agreement and Grill Waiver is required for all stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.
