"What a perfect weekend get away for a family wedding in Carbondale at St. Rose of Lima Church and then reception at Birchtown Wedding and Evenings, which as less than 3 miles from the house! The home is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed views on the porches of the lake and time out by the fire pit. Just lovely!"

"I have had a lot of home rental experiences and this one was stand out for me. Yoel and his team (Dave) did a wonderful job ahead of time and during the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. "

"Lovely old home that has been nicely renovated. Beautiful kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating for everyone in both areas. Nice living room with huge TV. Beds are comfy, upstairs bathroom has a spa feel to it. We had perfect weather so that we very much enjoyed the deck. Will definitely stay here again to visit my family that lives in the area."

Spacious kitchen/common area, very comfortable beds and linens, and everything we could need or ask for! "House is decored like museum with lot of antique look like pieces and lot of furniture. Bed rooms are spead between 2nd floor and basement, most of the bedroom have individual air conditioner except bedrooms in basement. Kitchen is big enough with lot of utensils to cook your own food. Good enough light in the kitchen. Dining table is only for 8 people though total capacity of the house to stay is 23. Overall place is fine for the money you pay and if you are not looking for modern new look...
