This lovely Dollar Point home is professionally decorated from top to bottom, and the kitchen, carpets, and beautiful hardwood floors are all updated. The great room features designer furnishings, Hickory select hardwood floors, a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and cathedral ceilings. The open plan lends itself to entertaining the whole gang with a big dining room table that seats 10 right next to the large gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line finishes including Kitchen-aid stainless steel appliances. The stove/ oven is dual fuel with a gas stove and electric oven. There are two decks that open off of the great room, one in front and the one out back is where you can BBQ. There is a powder room, and a master suite with king bed and en-suite bath on this level as well.
This richly designed home has a second master suite downstairs, with a queen bed and en-suite bath. There are two additional bedrooms and shared full bathroom downstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks (four twin beds). There are two 40 gallon water heaters installed to accommodate this large and spacious home.
Just minutes from the home is access to miles of beautiful, paved bike trails that are separated from the road and go to Tahoe City, down the West Shore, as well as out to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. If you prefer something more adventurous there are also miles of mountain bike trails close by. For nearby beaches, check out Skylandia beach located in the Lake forest neighborhood or Commons located beach in the heart of Tahoe City.

PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.
Wells and Bennett will be charging separately a $500 down payment at time of booking to hold your reservation that will go towards your final balance.
Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.
Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st
