Recently remodeled main bath with walk in shower, "tall toilets'" and enhanced lighting(fabulous water pressure) Family friendly, 1200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom/2 bath Waters Edge Condominium 25 - 2A is located at the 13 mile marker, just 3 1/2 miles down Horseshoe Bend Parkway.

Mike and Joy are Premier Hosts with over 186, 5 star reviews! We are a phone call away to answer any questions. VRBO also provides 24/7 customer service too! YES, we love our VIEWS of the main channel both day and night! It is also awesome being able to watch all the birds up close. Enjoy the great views while you relax and cook out on the deck overlooking the water. Night lights are magical on the water. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures with contactless & key less entry to property. Free Wi-Fi in condo and at pool/clubhouse. Condominium complex provides onsite security. Minimal stairs to your door. (16 down & 7 up)

Outdoor activities abound from championship golf, biking and hiking trails nearby or on the property (lakeside hiking trail on property ½ mile). You may fish from shore or our covered dock. We also provide fishing poles for the kiddos. Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Missouri’s largest is nearby including Ozark Caverns and Grand Glaize Beach. Missouri is known as the cave state and several other caves are nearby and open year round including Bridal Cave and Stark Caverns. Hike the scenic trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park! Numerous family activities including: mini-golf, go karts, Big Surf Waterpark and Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark. Explore the historic exhibits at the Camden County Museum, Willmore Lodge and The Bagnell Dam Historical Museum. Enjoy shopping at Osage Beach Premium Outlets or many unique boutiques. Main Street Music Hall has live shows or check out a film at Marcus Eagles’ Landing Cinema. We are also close to Fort Leonard Wood, Lake Regional Hospital and Columbia College. Many restaurants 5 minutes away; Lil Rizzo, H Toad Bar & Grill, Shady Gators and Bobbers; just to name a few on Horseshoe Bend. Shawnee Bluff Winery is a must do for wine, food and 14 mile views! Many more restaurants are 10 - 15 minutes away, either on the Bagnell Dam Strip or in Osage Beach. Golfers take note, this unit is strategically located between two of the Lake's finest courses, Ridge and Cove, both are just a few minutes’ drive away!

The main bedroom features a king pillow-top bed, HDTV, private bath, and covered deck access. The second bedroom features a king mattress, covered deck access and hall bath. Living room and bedrooms have wall to wall sliders and expansive views of the lake! The living area features one queen sleeper sofa, two rocker/recliners, fireplace, HDTV, DVD player, stereo, games, movies, and covered deck access with gas BBQ grill. Our condo sleeps 6 MAX per local fire codes. Streaming online available with your passwords. Kitchen has all amenities reminding you of home. Full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy the large swimming pool with easy steps to the kiddo swim area along with enough room for some lap swimming. Sunken sitting area around the circumference of pool, 9 am – 10 pm weekdays /11 pm on weekends.

Walking trails along the shoreline (1/2 mile), tennis court, pickle ball and small playground. Please no smoking in unit, no pets. We accept rentals to guest over 25. Boat rentals nearby and slips available for rent $15 per night at complex. Boat ramp is very user friendly and trailer parking is OFFSITE for an additional fee during peak season CONTACT the Waters Edge Office at 573-365-2391 for availability, spaces are limited. (12 x 34, 12 x 28, 10 x 24)

Check in 4 pm with check out at 11 am flexible options can also be arranged depending on arrival of other guests.

Decent Condo, a bit of a headache.
The check in process was basically a personal interview over the phone, which is not preferred for a short term stay booking. The place was clean and nice but nothing was on and the owners made it our responsibility to do the homework with a few checklists in order to have running water, heat etc. through the use of valves and breakers in utility closets. Not typically the responsibility/liability a short term tenant should have to take on. The owners were less than receptive to there not having been hot water despite none of the ten checklists having listed anything about the hot water heater. I would not stay again, had I known I would have just getten a hotel. Bummed on the cost for what we got :(

End of Summer Getaway
The condo was very spacious and comfortably furnished. The large deck was an added living space that had a nice view. We were visiting family that own a unit in the same complex which was convenient. It was extremely hot but the wonderful pool, lake activities, and the shaded grounds, it was manageable.

Superb vacation with the family. Condo is well appointed- had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is a great location for dining, shopping and lake access. Will be back as soon as possible.

Great time at the lake
Spacious condo with a lake view in every room. All we needed to bring was toothbrushes and swimsuits. Friendly staff and great location near restaurants, groceries, shopping and attractions. This was our first Verbo and Joyce helped us through the process. Thanks for a fun and relaxing time. It was way way way better than a hotel !!!

Comforts of home and amazing views!!
Very pleased with all aspects of this condo. It was clean and welcoming. Joy and Mike have provided everything you could need and more. The communication with them was great and the property has 24 hour security. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The best part is the deck that runs the length of the unit. Plenty of seating to enjoy the views of the lake and trees. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

The condo was exactly as described, so we knew what to expect. Everything you could need was provided and then some. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We loved sitting out on the porch and enjoying the view and weather. It was a wonderful time, overall!

Weekend of memories
This is a very clean comfortable unit with a nice location. The property owners were very kind and accomodating, and the property pool was very nice. We were here with some of our grandkids and made lots of fun memories. Its not the kind of place for a party, but if you are looking for a quiet family experience (wirh your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water) this is the place. Overall, wonderful experience!
