CEDAR HOUSE - 3 Bedroom house sleeps 14 in ideal location!

Bring the crew and make lasting memories at the Lake!  This 3 bedroom 4 bathroom house has everything you will need and can accommodate 14 people in beds.  The main and lower level each have a bedroom with a king bed, both with an adjoining bathroom.  The lower level also has a quaint sitting area, kitchenette with table and 4 chairs, and opens to a patio furnished with additional seating and a grill.  The upper level has 4 queen beds and a full bathroom, perfect for the kids.  The main level boasts a living room with vaulted ceilings, a pullout couch, dining table for 6, a fully stocked kitchen with additional seating for 8, and another full bathroom.  You'll also find a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and two lakeview decks on the main level.  It's just a short walk to the private yacht club beach where the kids can wade into the lake or play a game of sand volleyball.  This house can be rented with the neighboring houses, Oak, Pine, Hickory and Beachside.  This is an ideal spot for a large group!   Guests have access to the yacht club's private seasonal heated pool, private beach and pavilion, and sand volleyball court. Lodging guests also receive 10% off all boat rentals. This house is located very close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area, just minutes to Baxter’s and JB Hooks Restaurants, favorite golf courses, and many other lake area attractions.  Come enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!  You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Boat slips (uncovered 12' X 36') are available for an additional fee and on a first come basis.

Good stay but......
The house is beautiful and plenty of room to spread out, as well as be together. A few things that would have been nice, like dish towels and dish clothes. We had minimal hot water in the upstairs bathrooms for the first 5 days, then maintenance had to fix the water heater. Some of the light bulbs were out in the downstairs patio. But all in all, it was a good place to bring family together for the week.

Family Getaway!
The house is beautiful and overlooks the lake! Very homey feeling and the kitchen is quite spacious to cook. Had an amazing time!

Worst vacation we have ever book through VRBO
Worst vacation we have ever book through VRBO. The pictures of the house seem to give off the impression that it would be a very quiet place to stay. Every single vehicle that comes out of the marina every single boat that goes out and in the marina every single thing goes by the bedroom windows of that house. The first thing that I had to do when I got there was clean up what remains to look like vomit in the master bedroom on the wall and on the floorboards going around the tile it looks like the floor has been cleaned but nothing else, at this point we were just starting our vacation and I said nothing and just dealt with it myself. You do have to walk across a very busy road the same road that runs past the house to get to the small private beach that is there. We did have fun at the beach we enjoyed the rental of the boat. While we were there our house was broken into. The locks were changed on the doors due to the break-in. It took about a day and a half to make a A police report and have the maintenance people come and change the locks in which we basically were not on vacation at that point. The owners have refused to reimburse or make anything right with this particular house. Our dealings with the actual people of the Ozark yacht club were wonderful the rest and this particular house there is no way I would ever recommend it to a family or anybody else.

Great place for family bacation
Overall this property was great. However, there were several little things that needed attention at the house. Such as several light bulbs were out, a ceiling fan not secured, clogged toilet (no plunger), fire alarm battery also needed replaced. Property keepers did address issues when they were notified within same day. Pool was great to have as an option. Lake beach area nice, some goose drops. Extra water items, Kayak's, Paddle boats were more $$$ to rent. This isn't an area for fishing but if you have a large boat to do other fun lake things you are going to like it. Good location the downtown and other shopping.

Family Reunion 3 Hourses
The 3 houses and the closeness of them were perfect. The sand beach was safe and perfect for all the grandchildren. We were able to meet for dinners. Kitchens were well stocked with room for everyone in living rooms and areas.

We loved the Yacht Club
We had 14 guests that stayed at the Cedar House, and we will be back!!! The location to the beach access and Bagnell Dam shops and restaurants was great! We come to the lake every year, and our group wants to book next year's trip at the Yacht Club!!! Eric, a manager for the Yacht Club was FABULOUS!! Anything we needed, he got!! We also had a life jacket that had been misplaced, and he made it a priority to find!! The only downfall we had was that the listings online said that we would have 2 pull out couches and there was only one. So we had to buy an air mattress when we got there (because we didn't know they had one in a closet).

Fun getaway
Property very clean, although the cleaning required before checkout seemed excessive. I thought the upstairs had two separate bedrooms, but it is one big room with 4 beds - two are separated by a curtain. Great to have a small beach right across the street.

Worth the stay but listing is misleading
Great property and location. Listing says it has more bedrooms than there really is since the loft upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a single room separated by a curtain.

Great accommodations for family and friends.
Our stay at the Cedar House was wonderful. The size and layout of the house is perfect for large families or as a reunion location for several families. It is located near shopping and great dining. We had very small children in our party, so the opportunity to use a pool was a plus. We were disappointed that the barbecue grill did not work. Despite that we would stay here again.

Great family vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay at Cedar House. The location was great and the kids loved the beach and the pool. There was plenty of room for our family. It’s very close to shops and convenient to restaurants. The cove is very quiet and relaxing. Would recommend.

Well appointed, clean and spacious
Gisela, the leasing manager, was very attentive and accommodating. We are particularly appreciative of her assistance with a last minute date change. She also helped us secure a ski boat at a great rate. The house had adequate seating for everyone during meal time, a grill downstairs, 3 big decks with patio furniture and coffee available for the Keurig and conventional coffee maker. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Family reunion
Home was beautiful. Just what we expected. One thing that was a concern, the driveway side had a drop off, should be more secure to prevent anyone especially little children from falling and getting hurt. We had trouble getting the dryer to work and the grill didn't work. Both issues were reported. We had a wonderful time, place was beautiful.

Family vacation
The location was perfect. We had 3 families stay here with lots of room, 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, large front room and a big kitchen with all the necessities. Location on the Lake was great with a marina, a restaurant, a gallery of nautical stuff and a wine and cheese venue. Will stay here again when visiting he Ozarks. Nice folks to deal with. The property with 3 houses in a circle surrounding a pond was well kept and clean.

Great family vacation
We rented this house with another on the property for a family reunion. Our group consisted of adults and several small children. There was room for everyone and the inside of the house was well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the layout was great. Having access to the beach and pool was also wonderful for the little ones. We'll definitely stay again!
