"This house was perfect for me and my adult son and daughter. We all had or own bed, the house was clean and comfortable and we absolutely loved the style of the older homes in the neighborhood. Every you could want was close by and the host was amazing. "

"This is a really nice, very clean and comfortable home, in a quiet neighborhood that felt completely safe. Luke (homeowner) was quick to respond to all of my questions before and during, and even responded with a phone call when I had a question that required a quick answer. Plenty of comfy spaces both inside and out and a big enough home layout to allow some to go to bed while others stayed up to talk or watch the big-screen television. "We were there at the start of fall and the gas fireplaces were awesome both for the ambiance and warmth on cooler days. The view from the sunroom was wonderful. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from there. It had a nice mix of modern amenities (updated kitchen and baths) and rustic charm. The neighborhood was very cute. We walked our dog quite a bit and enjoyed views of the lake side homes and the lake from all around the house. Plus there are two parks both within walking distance...

"Communication with Tammy was great from before we booked the lake house until we checked out - very timely, friendly and professional. The house was clean, plenty of room, included everything we needed and had beautiful view. Best of all, we were able to bring our pets! "This was exactly what we were looking for: private, clean, relaxing, and close enough to explore the Madison area. There are lofts in two of the bedrooms. Sleeping in the lofts was a trip highlight for my kids! I recommend air mattresses if you want to use the lofts for sleeping.
