"The pictures of the pool are a selling point. However we were unable to access the pool. We were told the 2nd night of our stay we’d be able to enjoy swimming. But we’re told at last minute we could not. Check earlier in the month review. Same thing happened. So in my opinion the photos should be taken down. Be also aware of the kitchenette. Small table with 5 chairs, the water cooler had an empty jug. So no water until later that evening. Very few table settings and glass wear. Most...

"We stayed here for a weekend while in town for a Bulldogs game. This is THE perfect halfway spot between Atlanta and Athens. The basement apartment was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. Would hands down recommend and would most definitely love to stay again next time we are in town "

"Warm and friendly when you first walk in. Beautiful decor and comfortable chairs and seating in every room. Open kitchen with an accommodating island for 6-10 people to gather and eat meals. "This trip was last-minute to see our new granddaughter, with a day-earlier emergency. After some miscommunication with the owner (Father's Day weekend), which did get resolved, we enjoyed what little time we spent there. We spent the majority of our time at our son's house. The property was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The furnishings looked brand new and well taken care of. We visit about every 6 weeks or so, and will gladly stay again. We'd much rather stay here than any hotel."

The property is clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the natural area with the walking path around the pond. It looks like a beautiful park and was great for long walks with our dog. The property is adjacent to the greenway via a short walk through the trees as well. "If youre BLACK they will STALK YOU. No debit, credit card info is safe with this host. They are attempting to charge for smoking, damages etc and I dont even smoke! No one around me does... there were 0 damages and nothing wrong with the unit, its a total lie. This guy paul his brother and sister are ALL VERY DANGEROUS PEOPLE to stay with! This place is not legally supposed to be on vrbo, when i found out and notified the host of the findings he literally started stalking us!"
