"The thing that stood out the most to me was the staff on duty at the desk when I checked in. She was talking with a difficult customer on the phone and handled it beautifully. Then she had a very good sense of humor, after disconnecting from the call, with the customers in front of her waiting to check in. And there was a line waiting."

"I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)"

"Lovely room in a set of 4 maybe more like a motel large parking lot no landscaping out front. That being said, the room itself was great. The location near the north entrance was super convenient. I just because of it's name expected something else so was a bit disappointed to start."

"Our last minute trip up north was really great because of this property! Our family had a great time. The only issue that we had was the lake shore looked like it was flat, but it was a little steep to get to the water. With the little kids that made it a little hard to get up and down. "

"Loved being on the small lake. Was fun to have a paddle boat and floating raft. Our grandkids begged to be on the dock fishing constantly. The 3-1/2 year old was casting and pulling in sunfish right and left! The long driveway and dirt road was great for taking walks!!"

"When we arrived, the check-in process was communicated to us and was so easy to follow. The host actually came and met us shortly after we checked in and he made us feel right "at home". The home was perfect for us, as we had family coming from several locations, and there was enough parking for our families 5 vehicles.
