Beautiful Pool Home with Beach Entry Pebble sheen pool and Swim up Bar/Jacuzzi-ENTERTAINERS PARADISE Backyard
Home is fully furnished newer home built in 2006, granite countertops and all your higher end amenities. Home has HD Tv with Direct TV/DVD Player, WI-FI in house ,Water Filtration system and Ceiling fans throughout house(Air conditioning also). Propane BBQ in the rear yard for your use as well.
Master Bedroom-1 King Bed, 2nd Room-Queen Bed, 3rd Room-3 Twins/Single, Convertible Bed/Couch in T.V Room
Rear yard is fully walled for privacy except side wall for mountain view.
Garage is NOT available.

Please note:
A rental contract and copy of your driver’s license will be due when you book.
There is a $400 authorization only damage deposit due for a week’s stay. This amount may increase if your stay is longer. Your card will not be charged unless there is damage to the room after your stay. Please note that since this is an authorization, there will be a 24-72 hold on your funds, depending on your credit card company. This authorization will not take place until the balance due is received.

Great Vacation House
This was our second stay at this property. The house is always very clean and the pool and spa are great. Our communication with the owner has always been exceptional. When ever we had a question or issue, it was addressed immediately. I highly recommend this house for a great get away.

Very clean and lovely home
This was a very lovely home. Definitely one of the nicer homes I have stayed in at Havasu. When we arrived, it smelled amazing inside....very clean. We had everything we needed and the pool was great! There is no RV/boat parking but we just parked on the street and it wasn't a problem. The property manager was very responsive to my questions.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our stay. House was as described and owner was quick to respond when we discovered the spa remote needed batteries, they were very responsive. Pool was amazing, very nice ambiance with the water sound and the patio furniture and tv. Beds were comfortable also and house was clean! Thank you!

Nice neighborhood loved the patio
We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the noise of the pool and watching TV. After dark and all the stars are visible just a great setting for evening.

Last minute vacation- great property
We planned a last minute vacation to Lake Havasu. Mark was very flexible with our special request. We literally reached out to him, he emailed us back in 20 mins, we booked the rental 20 minutes later, and we were in the house 22 hours later. Super easy. Property is exactly as shown in the pics. The backyard is perfect. The gradual entrance to the pool is perfect if you have toddlers. Hot tub is big & warms up quick- controls aren’t super easy. The trickling water from hot tub to pool creates the sound you imagine when you are on vacation. Nice furniture out back, too. The main area of town- London Bridge, the channel, restaurants, etc.- are a quick 8-10 minute car ride. Staying up the hill from that area was ideal.

Great house and pool area. Boat parking is ok and needs to be unhooked each night to fit in the driveway. Nice quiet neighborhood.

AMAZING Stay
Our overall experience was AMAZING. The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had lots of room. We definitely enjoyed the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and quick with their responses if we needed anything. We would stay here again and would recommend anyone else to stay here as well.

Amazing house & backyard
The house & backyard was amazing, great quite location, house was nicely stocked, with all kitchen needs & etc, the direct tv & WiFi was excellent as well, just bring bathroom stuff and your set, the owners were easy to get ahold of and work with, the backyard area is truly awesome, 5 stars all the way and can’t wait to go back

Havasu Jet Skiing Adventure
We had such a good time in this house! It was clean, large, well stocked with everything we needed, and convenient to the city. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and good water pressure. The kitchen was amazing! We had a couple of nice meals there. It was a little chilly outside to be swimming, but we swam a little anyway. In the hot weather, the pool would be amazing! It was just a great house and a fantastic owner! Thank you Mark for a great experience! -joe ps: We used Champion Watercraft Rentals to rent jet skis. It's a great company. Tough business to be in, but they were very professional and gracious. Great machines with lots of power. Awesome adventure skiing, swimming, and cliff-jumping!

Great house. Amazing pool.
The house was wonderful but what makes this house amazing is the pool. The beach entrance was great for the young ones and the swim up bar was perfect for the adults. I would defiantly recommend this house to anyone.
