THE BLISS-Lake & Mountain View’s, 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms in Lake Harmony.

Boulder Lake Club opens 5/25 and is open daily until Labor Day. We have 4 guest passes and guests can purchase additional passes. It’s a private club just a 4 minute drive from the house. It’s very nice and has a beach with beach chairs. You can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, boats for fishing. They have a website that you can see what they offer and they are next to the Boulder View Tavern, so you can walk over and get something to eat or drink. We are in the Big Boulder section of Lake Harmony. Big Boulder Skiing is 3/4 of a mile away, It’s a 4 minute drive. Jack Frost is 15 minutes away. Many will ski Jack Frost during the day and Big Boulder at night on the same ticket! We have a 7 person hot tub on our deck with an amazing view! The area has great golf, fishing, vineyards, snow skiing and tubing as well as water skiing and tubing, hiking, water parks and so much more! Please note that we don’t provide sheets, pillowcases and towels. I don’t rent to proms and I have a 25 year old limit to rent. Please note that we have a motion sensor video camera facing the walkway and driveway, we have a second camera on the side of the house facing the ground, it’s only to monitor the snow on the steps. By agreeing to rent you are agreeing to be on the a”video. We don’t have any other recording devices. We have a 4pm check in time and 11am check out time

Great Stay!
The house was clean and accurate to the listing. The host was very responsive to any questions leading up to and during our stay. Close drive to popular Lake Harmony restaurants as well as the lake itself.

Enjoyable Time
Our family of 10 enjoyed the many amenities of this clean home. We did not feel crowded and enjoyed the pool table and games and fully furnished kitchen with the all important keurig and a drip coffee maker. A morning in Jim Thorpe, a family hike in Hickory Run State Park and the pool/ lake/ beach at Boulder Lake Club completed our very enjoyable stay of 4 nights. The owner was attentive and responded immediately to our questions.

Great home for a family vacation!
My family and I stayed at Mike’s property recently and we had a great time. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and it overlooks Big Boulder Lake. We had a mix of adults and kids and there was plenty to do. The biggest hit was the hot tub on the deck with the amazing view. The home was stocked with everything you’d need for your stay. Mike was an excellent host and communication with him was seamless if I had any questions. We would love to stay here again! Thanks again, Mike!

Great Family Weekend
My family gathered to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. There are 14 of us, including 6 kids between the ages of 1-8. The house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was great, the basement play area provided so much entertainment, and the rooms were awesome. We usually have big discussions over room choices on vacation, and there was none of that on this trip because every room was great! the development was so quiet and beautiful and we loved walking around with the kids, without being nervous about cars. Mike was so easy to communicate with throughout the process. we will likely rent again!

Fantastic, but be warned
Excellent! Spacious duplex, quiet neighborhood, and affordable. Be forewarned, you must bring your own linens and some other essentials, including bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, we had limited trash bags available, so I’d bring some of those too. Other highlights were the Hot tub and Fire place. Added a great touch to our family weekend!

A shortbstau at Bliss
Bliss was a very nice get away for a few days and we reallt enjoyed the fall colors from the deck. Michael was very attentive and helpful and we plan to.visit ahaon.

Wonderful Spacious Home & Amazing Host
I loved my stay here! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. The neighborhood of the home is gorgeous, the home itself is beautiful. The downstairs basement is amazing for teens/kids. 2 sets of bunk beds, couch, tv, pool table. There are outdoor patios on every floor with lake views all around! We enjoyed the patio off the kitchen with the hot tub! The property is also super close to Big Boulder Lake and we had a blast at the Boulder Lake Beach Club! My family and I had such an amazing time here and the host could not have been more accommodating! 10/10 recommend :)

Great vacation
Everything was fantastic. The hot tub worked and was very clean with a nice view of Boulder lake. Lots of fun for the kids and the property was very spacious. We’ll definitely book again when the kids are ready to ski JF/BB.

We were there four nights - very spacious and comfortable - loads of space inside, lovely decks with great views - well-equipped kitchen and beautifully located scenically and regionally. ONLY problem was the HOT TUB was out of order and unuseable for the entire stay - that was a significant disappointment to our family group.

Spacious and clean!
The place was clean and spacious. The host was extremely responsive and available. Ice maker in fridge did not work, but easily remedied by buying a bag of ice. Gas grill did not heat up, so had to pivot and use the oven. Host tried hard to get the grill functional, but was not able to get it done during our stay.

Great get away!
We decided to do a family trip to spend some quality time with family. The house was a perfect fit. Teens had the entire downstairs to hang and play games while the adults hung upstairs. The house was clean and everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great stay for a large group with a beautiful view!
We had 14 adults stay for a ski weekend and the property exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for everyone, it was very close to Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski resort, and the views were breathtaking. Mike was an amazing host who went out of his way to accommodate our group as we had travelers coming from all different areas. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
