This beautifully decorated, well maintained modern home features 5 bedrooms and is located in Powers Lake, WI. This spacious retreat has something for everybody. The living area can easily accommodate 2-3 families and the bonus room is a great place to gather for evenings of fun and memories that will last a lifetime.

Relax and enjoy a little fishing on the shared pier or spend the day on the lake swimming, sailing, boating, tubing or jet skiing.
Winters are filled with ice fishing, snowmobiling, sledding and ice skating.
The home is located just minutes from Lake Geneva, WI where you can golf, shop, ski or enjoy a little night life.
The sunsets are perfection and this vacation home will make you want to kick back, relax and enjoy both the summers and the winters.
Estimated pier removal first week of October (weather pending). Pier to be installed mid-May (weather pending).

Holiday get-away with family
This beautiful lake property was perfect for the low-key "retreat" we hold yearly for a couple days between Christmas and New Years with our kids and grandkids. The lovely and spacious sunroom was where our 8 adults, 3 pre-teens, and 3 family dogs hung out for most of our stay. Gloomy, wet weather outside was offset by clean, bright, and nicely lit interior. Cozy and comfy bedrooms."We should come here again next year." was heard more than once. Hosts friendly and accessible. Highly recommend.

Great house on a great lake
Our extended familiy stay was really wonderful. The house was very clean and we all noticed how friendly the instructions/guidelines were, you could tell the hosts really cared about you having an awesome stay. The distance to the lake from the pictured looked like a concern, but it felt much closer & easier to access than a lot of other Wisconsin lakes with 80 stairs to get up & down. The young kids enjoyed swimming by the dock and our family used the relaxing chairs on the dock more than anything else during our stay. We will definitely be coming back next summer!

What a Week on Powers Lake!
First and foremost, the house is exactly as presented. Great location, spacious and you really don’t want for anything. We had both daughters and families join us - ages 4 months to 6 years (boys) and two 2 year old girls. Plenty of room for kids, toys, parents and grand parents! The small beach is excellent - bottom off the beach is flat and clean - kids had no issues with wading or being in the warm water with parents. A great dock allowed us to tie up our pontoon rental all week (From Uncle Ed’s on the lake) and you really can’t be on the lake without getting out onto the water! A great house and a great week - we would highly recommend.

Mom's 75th Birthday Celebration
We rented this beautiful home to celebrate with 15 of our family members for our Mom's bday. The home is conveniently located right across from Powers Lake. With a private pier the owners let you use. There were 5 very spacious bedrooms and a very nice sunroom that has enough space for everyone. The house was stocked with everything you need. The yard and front porch were nice with plenty of space. We also rented a boat and a wave runner from Uncle Ed's 262-295-5253 at the owner's suggestion. It is close to many antique shops and Lake Geneva for day trips. We really enjoyed ourselves at this rental. We all had a great time and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

Mom's Memorial Wish
This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for all the kids, grand kids and great grand kids to hang out comfortably. The sunny great room and large deck overlooking the lake made for a perfect weekend that our mom would have loved. Looking forward to returning.

Everything we needed
Our large family really enjoyed all the space in this home - both inside and out. Everything was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed, the king-sized beds were very comfortable, and we loved sitting out on the deck - it all worked out perfectly for us.

Lake Paradise
An incredible house mere feet away from the lake. The house had all the amenities including an additional fridge and a dock to utilize and rent a pontoon for the day from Uncle Ed. The deck and outdoor area are huge and perfect to sit out at night or during the day and grill. We will be back someday.

Family gathering/summer vacation
This home exceeded our expectations. Bill and Mary were gracious hosts. We saw them periodically throughout our stay. They answered any questions we had. Beautiful views of the lake! The property is very large with five good size bedrooms. One on the first floor which was nice. All of the beds were very comfortable. Everybody had plenty of space. The home was very well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps etc. They even have an extra full sized refrigerator in the kitchen! We had our three year old grandson, who loved playing in the huge front and backyards. We brought stomp rockets, and played frisbee. We figured out how to navigate through the area. It’s pretty easy to go into Lake Geneva or Williams Bay. Thank you for lending us your beautiful home!

Perfect May vacation
The house is better than in the photos . Everything is clean , all the essentials are there . The sunroom was the best room in the house we spent most of our time in there plenty of space and natural light . And the very large deck looking at the lake was just amazing . Bill and Mary are great hosts, they responded to our very minor problem promptly . I have already recommended this property to my friend .

Great for large groups
The place was nice. Lots of rooms/beds available for large groups. We enjoyed being right across from the lake and watching the ice fishermen out there and also enjoyed a great fish fry at the bar a few doors down.

Nice Clean home
I must start off by mentioning this gracious host allowed us to move our initial stay from last year to this year because most our group caught Covid a week before our departure in 2021. Great place…actually looks better than the pictures….unforgettable sunrise and sunset . It was well stocked with essentials. Everyone said their beds were super comfortable! Wi-Fi was kinda off and on…I called the number listed for assistance and didn’t get a response, but it was Christmas Day 🤷🏽‍♀️. They have notes all over pretty much addressing any problem you may have. Overall great stay

I rented during the winter for my families Christmas so all my experience with the place would be in house only. The outside patio looked like a nice place to enjoy during the summer. There was 10 of us so what attracted me the most was the large sun room which had lots of room for game playing and present opening. Plenty of. Room for all to enjoy!

Great property!
Rented this property for a Beauty Show at the Grand Geneva Resort. Our salon staff decided the price was as much as booking hotel rooms for 8 of us, and we could all be together. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, especially the sunroom where we pretty much spent all our time together. Great house for a girls getaway/team building/education weekend. House was clean, beautiful location, enough rooms and plenty of sleeping space for all. Would highly recommend, we weren’t ready to come home.

We had 4 couples for our annual get away. The home is perfect. We hung out, played games, had a fire by the lake and went into Lake Geneva to shop abd grab a bite. Bill abd Mary were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was ideal!

Girlfriends Getaway
A perfect weekend! The house is beautiful. The view is awesome. There were five of us and each had our own bedroom. No problem picking which room you wanted - they were all great! The necessities were all there. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The porch/sunroom was our favorite. Great space for us to gather for talking, reading, and playing cards. Kitchen is big enough for us to work together. Enjoyed a Friday night fish fry at a local bar. There’s a park down road where the trails will give you a good workout walking around a lake. Lake Geneva is close for shopping and eating. Had a slight problem, which was addressed immediately. Owners are very nice and accommodating. We get together yearly and have enjoyed other places, but this is the first house we plan on staying at again.

This is a beautiful property!
We so enjoyed our girls weekend in this beautiful spacious home. The 3 seasons room was our favorite spot to hang out. This place would be perfect for family gatherings. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, check in and out was easy. Highly recommend!

Great family weekend on the Lake!
This was our second year renting this house. it is clean, comfortable and spacious! Great for a family weekend. The front deck is amazing to have your coffee on as well as large family dinners. Hosts are near by and very responsive. We'll be back next year!!!

Idyllic vacation retreat
This was one of the most spacious and comfortable homes we have ever enjoyed. The beds were all kings, and beautifully appointed with warm blankets and extra pillows, ensuring true comfort. We enjoyed the deck and the wonderful gas fire pit all night and the sunsets from the dock were a highlight! Walking trails nearby and a phenomenal enclosed dog park ensured something for everyone. The host provided local Resteraunt’s and allowed us to dock a rented pontoon at their personal dock for the week. This was a highlight enjoyed daily as the lake is quiet, and has its own sand bar to enjoy. I highly recommend this home and the Griggs made it a seamless and enjoyable process throughout!

Very nice
The property was what I expected, and we had a great time together as a family (12 of us). There's a large 4 seasons porch along side the house that provides A LOT more room than the small family room itself. We sat all 12 of us in there comfortably for meals, and there's so much room to relax. It gets a little warm with the morning sun, yet feels so cool in the evening. The kitchen was of sufficient size to make meals and have small gatherings for breakfast. It's stocked well -- within reason. There was one small maintenance issue during the week that was handled very quickly by the host. The dock across the street is accessible, and I caught quite a few small <15" bass fishing off it. The lake itself is pretty busy with lots of tubers and skiers. If you want to fish, fish in the morning or late evening; I believe there's a 'no wake' rule during those times. We rented a pontoon from Uncle Ed's (other side of the lake) which while not cheap, it worked out extremely well. This was a great trip and a great location with great hosts. Read the write-up and reviews to set your expectations, and you will not be disappointed.
