* NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Under no circumstances are parties allowed on the property. If a party is held, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $5,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the house - $200 Deodorization additional fee will be charged if any smoking is done inside the house.
* PETS - $100 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Pets allowed: Dogs and/or cats. No bigger than 20 pounds.
* PARKING- parking space available for 2 midsize vehicles inside garage and 2 on the driveway. Absolutely NO blocking neighbors' driveways (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).
* NO PACKAGE DELIVERY - We are not responsible for any packages delivered to this address.
