***Whaler Tower 1 will undergo spalling repairs and painting throughout Fall 2024. Whaler 918 is currently scheduled to be affected from 1/16/25 to 2/26/25. The project will consist of refinishing the exterior building surfaces before painting the exterior walls, which may cause noise and will impact the use of lanais, with some being inaccessible Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. 4/16
