Very nice
We stayed here Thanksgiving week while in town to celebrate with family living close by. One of the best stocked house we've rented....shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, TP, dish and dishwashing soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, bath robes, coffee pods, tea bags, some spices/cooking oil, and beach towels provided. Backyard has multiple seating areas, hot tub, hammock, orange and lemon trees, and a fantastic view. Quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants close by. Owner quickly responded to questions. Only downside was not having cable on the TV so we couldn't watch any of the Thanksgiving weekend football games at the house. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
This property was perfectly located for us to get to and from the airport, go to Newport Beach and elsewhere for dinner, to Irvine for a wedding and more! It is an older home with a bit of a funky layout, but certainly adequate for our needs. (There is no bathroom for guests who stay in the upstairs bedroom.) Lots interior space to gather, great hot tub, nice neighborhood. Very responsive host.

Great stay in Laguna Hills!
Our jaws dropped when we walked into the living room for the first time and saw the views of the city & mountains. Gorgeous! One of the main essentials, for us, for a comfortable stay in a vacation rental is comfortable beds and high quality linens & pillows. This house had that. Whew! We really appreciated all of the little extras in the bathrooms and kitchen so that we didn't have to buy toilet paper, soap, paper towels, cooking oil, foil, etc. The back yard was so fun - little workout area, the hammock and of course, the hot tub! What a relaxing and comfortable stay we had here. Another huge plus was the quick responses from the house owner. Never waited more than a few minutes for a response and any request we had was quickly taken care of. Thank you! We loved the house and we hope to return again.

Five family members met for a family memorial service. The house was perfect for us. Loved the view of mountains and lemons in the backyard. My husband lost his wallet and we could not find it. I contacted Norman who contacted the cleaners and they found it! And Norman’s wife brought the wallet to the airport! I cannot express our joy for the kindness of this couple.

Loved everything about this house. The spa was ready to go, the tvs in every room and the beds were very comfy. Centrally located for beach and Irvine spectrum. The owners were very accommodating and the house was very clean and came equipped with everything. Also loved the piano! Will definitely stay again.

Birthday Trip
Family met at this location to celebrate two birthdays. Everything was as disclosed. The location is great with views of the distant hills and close proximity to great food. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall great trip and would stay there again in the future when traveling to that area.

Staying at my uncle's house?
I didn't realize we were staying at someone's home. I thought it was a vacation rental. It felt as if my uncle went on vacation and he let me use his house. The garage, cabinet, and a room was locked. Presumably to store the resident's personal belongings. A car and travel trailer were left in the driveway. There was food left in the freezer that said, "do not eat." Too bad the wood-burning stove didn't work. It was something that drew us in. Don't be early! We showed up 10 minutes early and our code didn't work, leaving me in the rain until Norm opened the door. The main bedroom floor was very sticky and its shower had more hair on the walls than I have on my head. I didn't think the security cameras would bother me, but they did. Knowing that my use of the yard could be monitored, kept me and my family inside, even if the cameras were not pointed directly at the hot tub. It didn't feel private. A walk around the neighborhood was a little concerning. There were more broken-down cars than I could count. Yards were unkept with debris and car parts strewn everywhere. Luckily, we were at the end of a long driveway and up against a main road. Overall, the stay was not bad. Thanks uncle, but next time we will find another place. Please delete any video/audio recordings you have of us.

Great house in Laguna Hills!
My family of 4 stayed here during the NYE weekend while visiting family and were very pleased with the house, its many features (jacuzzi, big screen TV, full kitchen) and overall cleanliness. Norm, the house contact, was very responsive and thorough in his communications. We loved the charm of the house and had everything we needed to have a great family getaway. Will definitely stay here again :-)
