"My son (6 yr old), wife, mom and I stayed at this property. It was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Neighbours were kind. Grounds were well kept. The pool and hot tubs were good. There was a trolly stop 5 minutes from the rental. The trolly is free from May-Sept. Salt Creek Beach was a 5 minute trolly ride and is a great beach. The property had some boogie boards, beach chairs and sand shovels. They left us laundry detergent which was helpful, as there is...

"You know the phrase too good to be true? Well, this place is certainly the exception. It was so well designed, curated, comfy, cozy, clean and has everything you need plus more. I felt right at home. Location is great too. Would definitely stay here again! Such a gem!"

"Comfortable bed, good location, nice pool area. Very clean. fully equipped. Only problem was internet and Tv were out mid day Friday thru late Saturday. Management responsive but couldn’t seem to help. It came back on Saturday night out of the blue."

"Wir haben die Zeit bei Shawna sehr genossen! Ihr Apartment war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und ist hervorragend ausgestattet - insbesondere von der tollen, kompletten Küche waren wir begeistert. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool, der keine halbe Minute vom Apartment entfernt liegt. Wenn wir dürfen, dann kommen wir sehr gern wieder!"

"Run down, old dirty appliances and couches, tattered towels. Pictured like a first floor condo but 5 steps up to unit. Neighbor in next unit has dog she can't control and gets into screaming matches with family members. Property Manager inappropriate with responses. Great location and friendly owners. "This little gem of a condo is quiet, has everything you need and the location is perfect. Walk to the beach, restaurants almost on every corner, quick access to freeway to enjoy further away things. Very comfy bed and no carpeting which is a plus for me. If you are looking for some California Dreamin', this is the place. Thank you Veronica, for your suggestions on spots to visit and for providing a much needed oasis."

"We stayed at Teresa’s condo for a month: 3rd floor with trees near deck, airy with many windows, decorated in beach with good taste, also equipped with anything you need! Teresa was also very prompt to communicate with us. Such a nice VRBO!"

"We were two couples traveling to the area for a wedding and it was very conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The only note I have is that I wish the front bedroom had more opaque curtains because the outside lights are very bright at night and I’m a lighter sleeper. Very enjoyable stay all together!"
