"The lower hot tub (shown in the property pictures) was the star of the stay! The peace and quiet and view of the ocean are worth the visit. Great location and Jason was very nice, accommodating, and responded promptly. The condo is well stocked with all the beach gear and kitchen equipment that you need. "

"Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors. Did not appreciate having to strip beds and start laundry of sheets and towels. That’s usually included in cleaning services. Also the late checkin of 4:00pm was...

"Kouroush was an excellent communicator throughout the reservation and stay. Condo clean and quiet. Very close to nice beaches. Would recommend. There are about 12 steps to go down to get to the condo entrance, and the dining table has high top chairs, just in case there are mobility concerns. Only surprise was that the garage was small and our large SUV did not fit in it so we had to work through our host to park where we could find a parking space in the complex and pay an additional $15 a...

"My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!"

"This is our second stay here and that should say it all. Nothing like getting up for your morning Joe walking towards the kitchen and nothing but ocean views from the living room. Place has everything you will need for your stay and comfortable. Right on the beach so you can get your morning workout easily. Close by to stores and restaurants. I am sure we will be returning again next year. "

The open dining/living area is great for visiting with family and friends. The balcony is inviting, and has a great view of the sunset. "A series of unfortunate events could not describe our experience here. It was a lovely place in theory, but, initially, we had to put forth a lot of effort to get it the way we expected-CLEAN. The unit has a lot of potential. It's beautifully decorated, the bedding and towels were decent quality. But when we arrived, it was clearly not prepped for our visit...although it was paid off a month in advance. The shower of the main bath was taped off with a huge DO NOT USE sign, the couch cushions...

"My son (6 yr old), wife, mom and I stayed at this property. It was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Neighbours were kind. Grounds were well kept. The pool and hot tubs were good. There was a trolly stop 5 minutes from the rental. The trolly is free from May-Sept. Salt Creek Beach was a 5 minute trolly ride and is a great beach. The property had some boogie boards, beach chairs and sand shovels. They left us laundry detergent which was helpful, as there is...

"The condo is in a great location. We were in town to visit with extended family and it was close no matter which way we needed to drive. Property was quiet and clean. "The place is great for persons with a baby and small children: no stairs, no carpet in living and dining room. Well equipped! "This home could not have been located in a better spot. It is right next to the beach and walkable distance from all our favorite restaurants. There is great parking (so rare in Laguna) and it is quiet and feels safe at night. We did have two issues.1. We traveled with children and the main TV in the living room was very difficult and slow. "Hotel com boa localização e excelente custo benefício. O atendimento foi bom. O café da manhã é bem simples (até demais) e eu não tinha me atentado de que no site a informação era “estacionamento disponível” e nao “estacionamento grátis”, o custo por dia é de 35USD. O ponto negativo é não ter escadas, tivemos que subir com as malas e no checkout estava chovendo, então descemos com as malas na chuva. "
