"My son (6 yr old), wife, mom and I stayed at this property. It was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Neighbours were kind. Grounds were well kept. The pool and hot tubs were good. There was a trolly stop 5 minutes from the rental. The trolly is free from May-Sept. Salt Creek Beach was a 5 minute trolly ride and is a great beach. "What a delight to stay here such a peaceful and serene home to walk into. The interior decor is beautifully done and full of vintage pieces and rustic beach decor. Absolutely stunning! The condo itself is quiet with a bed that feels like you are sleeping on a cloud! What a delight it has been to stay here! "

"My only issue with this stay was that when I arrived the Wi-Fi did not work and the television remotes did not work. After calling the property manager and trying several times unsuccessfully to reset the router, I was told they would have a person come out first thing tomorrow (Monday) morning. When I came back around noon on Monday after running errands, no one had been there. No service for 16 hours on a basic need, with no apology or accommodation to me!"

"This house exceeded all our expectations. It is capacious and lovely, in a great location as it's easy to get to Truckee, SugarBowl and Donner and Palisades and Alpine. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, the hot tub the right temperature (104) and just really everything about it was great. I hope to rent it again soon!"

"We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....
