"Easy check in/out. The staff is very nice and helpful. Good amenities. The property is large and well maintained. The condo we stayed in was nice however it could have used a deep cleaning. I was bummed there wasn’t a bbq to use. Overall very nice and I stay there again. "

"We had never been to Cape Cod before, and we loved it. The house is a beautiful place and the view is fantastic. The neighborhood is very clean and resort like. It was nice having a private beach to get to enjoy. We will definitely come back."

"Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night."

"The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. Thanks!"

"The house was clean and so nice that all beds were made when we got there. We were not able to enjoy the wonderful yard or house too much because it was a quick two nights for a Celebration if Life at another location close by. The house was convenient to everything and would certainly come back again. The host responded back when I had questions. Thank you!"

"This is a perfect vacation spot for families of young children or for a group of adults! We had a great stay with our young child. We loved hanging out in the heated pool and in the beautiful house. "Overall the house is nice. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. However, the basement, where 3 of the bedrooms are located, is very damp and musty. We pulled out the sofa bed and there were mice droppings all over the mattress. Although there was a large humidifier going on at all times (loud!) it's not enough. Those who slept in the basement did not enjoy the stay. That is why I couldn't give it more stars."
