Der Vermieter antwortet umgehend auf Anfragen. Negativ: zuerst fallen die ungepflegten Außenanlagen auf, die untere Etage ist sehr muffig und man kann nachts die 2 Zimmer unten schlecht lüften, da die Türen gleich Fenster ist.
