Only concern is Fees seem overboard from the original nightly rental rate. Owners were helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay pleasant and were prompt to respond. "Communication was fantastic. Location was great as it is close to everything (WalMart/Kroger approx 20 min away) Kitchen was supplied with all utensils. Beds were comfy. The “man cave” garage was a hit with my husband and kids! Would stay again. "

"Pros: Cute, complete kitchen, keurig with pods, clean bedding, plush bath towels, large frig & stove, tvs in every room, nice deck and outside fire place. Cons: sulfur water smell, tank needs sanitized? Dusty coffee maker, with leftover used pod in it. When futon opened, dog hair/food in crease. Wish there was a gate key box to leave gate key in when leaving. Otherwise very clean and over exceeded my 'glamping' needs. Fun! Thank you."

" We loved this location for the quiet, picturesque lane, fishing off the dock, and a yard that backs up to a huge field with deer. We had our grandsons with us and it was perfect for them and very safe. We also enjoyed S’mores and beautiful sunsets from the huge front deck as the sun dipped into the lake. The cottage is well equipped and the owner reached out immediately with helpful information. She also made sure the kayaks were ready to go and placed outside for us when we arrived....
