"I was floored when I saw the outside of the property and speechless upon going in. Everything about this place was so perfect I cannot begin to explain how staying here made our trip exceptional. "Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. He was a pleasure to talk to and made our stay fantastic, he...

"The Hidden Gem was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The clean well equipped house was everything we needed. It had all the amenities like quality sheets and beds, stocked kitchen, clean and expensive cabinets. Teak floors and perfect pool to cool off in. "VERY disappointing; admittedly booked on a budget, but we were expecting a decent location. Provided pics are sooo deceiving...Not much cooking possibility with the provided cookware. Bed mattress and/or box spring should have been updated YEARS ago! Kitchen furniture falling apart, with not much organization for doing the dishes. Although you had mentioned no bike avail, they were there, but if you can't fix and maintain the bikes, just get rid of them (ended up renting for 2 days)! We've had...

"Property was spacious, and clean. There was a lot of things that they considered to make it seem more like home. There’s a grocery store a few blocks away if you would rather stay in to eat. There’s also a nice ocean view walk a couple blocks away. The neighborhood seemed safe to walk around any time of day. "

"We had a wonderful experience at this location. Check-in was very easy, and the host was most accomodating with our early check-in request. The location is convenient to much of what we wanted to see in Belize City. The studio apartment was neat and clean with all of the accessories that we would have wanted. It is our plan to return to Belize City in the future and our hope to again stay at this location."

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. We waited almost half an hour in the sun until a security guard showed up to open the door. The next night (7pm) a guest arrived at the same time my friend and I arrived back at the hotel and what happened? The new guest ended up on the street because there was no one at the reception. Finally, the hotel manager (Franco) was super rude to us, treated me and my friend very badly and even raised his voice to the point of not even letting us use the hotel BATHROOM. Unfortunate, the worst stay of my life"
