"We had an amazing 3 nights at the Swan. From the time we arrived to when we left the service was excellent. We were offered a drink from the bar when we arrived and on departure a coffee for the journey, never have we had this while staying in a pub! All the staff were friendly and very helpful, offering to help with our bags and any other needs we had. "We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.

"This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property. Staff were friendly (well most of them) The room was nicely laid out, bed comfortable, great pillows & bedding. Breakfast was amazing! "

"We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10. "
