The house is situated in a quiet location between Laax village and the idyllic village Falera (dead end, no traffic). 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
Postbus and ski bus stop (with direct short drive to the ski area) is only about 5 minutes walk from the house.
The house has 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 single bedroom).
On the ground floor: large living room with soapstone stove, large, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 1nasszelle, 1 separate toilet. Each large terrace with outside fireplace (south and west side) with a direct view of the village of Laax and the Signina mountain range. 1 storeroom / ski room. 2 bedrooms of 2 beds 190x90. 1 pantry with washing machine and tumbler.
In the 1. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 200x90, 1 bed 160x200 and 1 single bedroom with bed 190x90 and shower.
Cot and high chair are available for free.
All rooms are well heated with electric heating.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, steam exhaust, oven and dishwasher, there are also two refrigerators.
The living room has a small LCD TV is with cable. Telephone and Internet access via WLAN are also available.
