The property is a two bedroom second floor home enjoying unparalleled north and west direct exposures to the Santa Rosa Mountains. The expansive corner great room is tastefully furnished and complete with a fireplace and 60" Samsung 4K flatscreen HDTV.

Interior architectural details include a gracious entry foyer, ten foot ceiling height, exposed beams, as well as vintage Spanish Colonial lighting.

The kitchen is complete with custom cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, a professional Dacor stainless steel gas range, a Dacor microwave/convection oven as well as a Bosch SilencePlus 44dBA dishwasher. The windowed dining area is adjacent the kitchen and opens onto the private outdoor terrace.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, fireplace, 55" Samsung 4K HDTV with Spectrum Expanded Sports Package, Tennis Channel, HBO, NETFLIX, en-suite master bathroom with soaking tub, and private shower enclosure.

Nice quiet place
Even located in the middle of many other units in the same resort, it was nice and quiet there. The many pool options allowed us to be in the busier main pool, or one of the smaller less busy pools. Only took off a star for cleanliness because it could use a deep cleaning, like inside kitchen drawers and under the coffee table on the balcony, as well as the inclusion of a kitchen sponge, dish rack, and dish towels, to make it shine 100%.

Beautiful Community. Marginal Unit!!
The gated community of Legacy Suites is awesome! Some units are definitely better than others. I never write reviews, but I rented this unit based on others reviews. The furnishings were touted as being from Restoration Hardware... which they might have been, but maybe from 30 years ago. The couch was filthy where there was much hesitancy to sit on it. The same went for the couch on the porch. The lighting in the entire unit was very dark and dim. It did have a nice view off of the porch... but other units had better. The amenities were great and I would highly recommend Legacy Suites...just not this unit. For the amount of money charged....they would be wise to take some of that and update the place.

Legacy 2 Bedroom Condo
Lovely stay. The condo was clean and had all the amenities. The only little things were that the unit is a bit tricky to find. Could use a better description of where it's located in the neighborhood. Also, the code for entry was different than told but that was an easy fit. It doesn't have a garage but plenty of parking options. We loved staying there and will reach out to the owners again.

Best holiday retreat!
Extended family members stayed throughout the Legacy property, and it worked out perfectly! We all had our space, but met at the pool, on the trails for hikes, and at the park for Pickleball. Will definitely be back next year!!

What we expected
The overall Legacy property is excellent: beautiful, we’ll maintained and the perfect spot for a short stay. The unit itself was as advertised, well equipped and adequate. The beds were comfortable but the unit was a little dark inside and a little tired.

Another Great Visit
This was our second time staying at this property and we plan to return. The unit is spacious, clean and very well appointed. Check-in is easy and the resort has many great features including numerous swimming pools and good fitness centre.

Just as advertised
We had an excellent stay in legacy Villas. The highlight for me was that the condo had comfortable outdoor furniture which is not very easily found at legacy villas. The Kitchen was very well equipped and even cookbooks in the top shelf. We were able to walk and or run every day to old town and used the bear creek path daily. It is about 2 km to the path start. Pools , weight room, grounds, ease of parking all terrific. No complaints. All in we will rent again from David when we are in the area. Thanks.

Beautiful Villa With a Perfect View in a Tranquil Setting
We came to Legacy Villas for a much needed break after a long work run and are so thankful we chose to come here for the few days we had off. Our villa was perfect with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from our balcony. It was tastefully decorated and extremely well-equipped. We brought some of our own necessities to cook with from home and we would have been fine without them. The tall ceilings are a breath of fresh air and everything feels so spacious in comparison to the resort. Having a washer & dryer was great too and now we know that next time we can pack about half of what we brought this time around. The huge balcony has a comfy couch and table for morning coffee or evening libations. I could go on and on. It was an easy and scenic walk to La Quinta Resort (we went to Tree Lighting) and the trails around Legacy Villas made walks/runs something to look forward to in the mornings/evenings. The property is very well-kept and super quiet. We can't wait to return.

Relaxing stay - Perfectly appointed villa with everything we needed
We've just returned from our spring break vacation at Legacy Villas, and we have to say that David's unit had absolutely everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Because the kitchen was so well-stocked, we ended up doing much more cooking at home and relaxing on the balcony to enjoy family dinners. The smaller pool right outside the villa was perfect for our family (teenagers), as it was less crowded than the main pool with younger kids/families. We also used the fitness center regularly. Legacy Villas is also closely located to easy shopping and restaurants. We also used this as our home base for hiking trips to Indian Canyon and Joshua Tree NP. Overall, a great villa and we will book again. Thank you!

An Oasis in La Quinta
We’ve stayed in a dozen different vacation rentals around the world, and this location and home was one of our favourites. The pictures and description were very accurate, and the whole facility was more than we expected. Great for couples or a family, and very close to lots of great recreation and shopping. We will be back!

What a beautiful location! Very quiet, yet close to everything. We were in for a festival, so didn't stay at the rental all day. Wish we had just taken a day to relax and enjoy it. Our plans are to go back to both the rental and the festival next year. Really appreciated the rental.

My family was blown away by the gorgeous mountain views you can almost touch! This was a welcome retreat we didn't want to leave! We were impressed by the upscale accommodations, lovely touches, beautiful furnishings and terrific complex with lush landscaping and awesome amenities such as one of the many pools, hammock garden, or just walking the grounds filled with flowers and fountains. Every detail is thought of! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need to cook or prepare anything from a snack to a gourmet meal! The linens and towels were amazing. My entire family loved the comfortable beds, beautiful living room/dining room, and the relaxing deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations! We are already trying to figure out when we will return. These owners know how to offer an amazing getaway!

Outstanding stay in La Quinta
Beautiful upscale resort with impeccable vrbo service. I took my wife and two kids for a getaway weekend in the desert. The accomodations were very pleasant and roomy to us and we tend to have impossible standards with vrbo. Lots of pools, gorgeous well maintained landscaping etc. And best vrbo service Ive had so far. Had a couple questions about tv, etc for which I go immedate and useful responses. Outstanding experience all around.
