As evening falls, indulge in a delightful alfresco dining experience using the convenient barbecue station situated right next to the spacious outdoor dining table accommodating up to six guests.

SUITABILITY
-25+ age limit or family groups
-Exterior security camera and decibel meters
-ID and credit card verification required
-Smoking is not prohibited anywhere at the home including all exterior areas.
-No over-occupancy at any point during stay, all guests must be pre-approved by Coast.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Like many beach homes in the area, this home does NOT have AC.
-The home is NOT equipped with a dishwasher.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There's an uncovered carport 197"L x 94"W meant for 1 vehicle. There is limited additional street parking. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.

Thanksgiving 2024
The property is really filthy. The outdoor spaces are unusable unless we sweep up the leaves and rotting berries that fall from the trees. The couch is really disgusting and the floors were not cleaned. The cushions for the back deck are covered in dirt and can only be used if you place beach towels over them. Enjoyed the stay in 2023 but it has gone downhill

perfect beach house
we loved our stay at this house. the best thing was the short walk down to the beach! the property was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our family stay. there is a lot of food and restaurants in walking/short drive proximity as well. we hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay! Everything about this rental was perfect. Great communication, clean and stocked home, shops and dining within walking distance, and very close to the beach. It was quiet at night and all the beds were comfortable. We loved our trip and can’t wait to visit again!

Simple place; great location
Easy walk to the beach makes this place a great rental! Place isn’t very big, furnishings are basic, but it was clean and made for a fun long weekend getaway! Trash needs to be stored elsewhere outside because the flies were awful, but that was only problem we had while there.

Fantastic stay!
Had a wonderful stay in La Jolla! House was perfect for a stay with my daughter and pup. House is spotless, kitchen well equipped, super comfortable beds, and absolutely perfect location. Property managers are super communicative and immediately responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Good property in great location
This property worked great for us--2 adult couples, one teen. Great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants/bars, coffee, etc. Beds and TV room furniture were comfortable. Fire table in back was a nice spot in the evenings. Grill and dining table on front patio worked well for us. Property management co was communicative, responsive to a couple of minor requests we had, and easy to work with. A few things to note about the property, that were fine with us, but might not work for others: - No indoor dining area. - Back patio area accessed through a bedroom. - En suite is smaller than seemed in pictures
