"Love this cozy downstairs apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Joyce & Michael was very helpful all along. The neighborhood is cute with an historical vibe- very decent for walking. Grocery store and Mexican restaurant less than 2 miles. Easy drive to campus. Hope to stay there again. "

"I absolutely loved my stay in this sweet little apartment. The location is perfect and it had everything needed for a home away from home stay. The only downfall is the lack of good Internet connection. I was planning to work from the apartment during my stay, unfortunately, due to the sketchy internet I was unable to stay connected and had to arrange my workday elsewhere. Other than that, everything was perfect. Very homely and warm. I look forward to visiting again."

"This property was exactly what I needed for my one-night stay in Knoxville. Both the kitchenette and bathroom were well stocked, clean, and functioned well. The property was well maintained and the backyard area was a cool area to hang out in. Would definitely recommend!"

"I can’t recommend this place enough! We added an extra day here when we weren’t happy at a previous place. The communication was amazing! Seriously could move in here!! We absolutely loved it! We were in town for a college visit and University of Tennessee football game. It is the perfect location in a peaceful neighborhood!"

"Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. "
