There is a foos ball table in the main living space for competitive or friendly matches. Take your skills in to the garage off the kitchen and test your team with the ping pong table. We also have bocce balls to take out to the expansive lawn area!
The home is all on one level, with just two steps up from the large driveway or the deck to the grassy yard.

We prepare the Hope Island House with you in mind, taking care of the cleaning and preparation so you don't have to worry about a thing. We also limit our check out instructions - run the dishwasher, lock the windows and doors, and take out the trash if it's stinky - THAT'S IT! The Hope Island House is a ten minute drive from downtown La Conner. La Conner is a charming, historic town which boasts three museums, a plethora of culinary spots, wine tastings, boutique shops, art galleries, and strolling along the waterfront there is plenty to keep you busy.
And not to be missed is Anacortes which is about 20 minutes away by car. It has more than 150 murals, eateries, hikes, whale watching opportunities and is the gateway to the San Juan Islands.
In the spring the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is a must see, but throughout the year there are many festivals and markets nearby to delight the most discerning.
The whole home is yours. While there is a garage guests will not have access. No one else will be on the property while you are enjoying your stay.
A Rental Agreement regarding the home is required to be signed by the guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreement will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.
The home is not child-proofed - there are no covers on the outlets, or locks on cabinets containing cleaning products, etc. You are responsible for taking precautions to keep your children safe.
The property is near a (quiet) road and is not fenced, please keep your children within sight distance.
The property is directly across the street from a body of water, please be aware of water safety.
In respect of our neighbors we ask for quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Please note that noise travels easily and far around water.
Our good neighbor policy is in the documents we send prior to your arrival. Read and adhere to them.
