"This really is the most special place , we absolutely loved our time here , largely sitting around enjoying the spectacular views that are never quite the same on any given day. The house was immaculate and had plenty of toys for our small children to enjoy . I would thoroughly recommend it ."

"Mr & Mrs Grasso were really nice but Mr Grasso did not respond to any emails until 2 days before we got there. He does not speak English but we could have sent a message in French. The pool was not heated but was not an issue but the pool does need a good clean especially round the steps. Internally the house was exceptionally well fitted with what looks like some particularly expensive items but was quirky, e.g. one bedroom door would not shut, toilet door would not fully open glass windows...

"We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! "This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all."

"The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. From the kitchen and master bedroom you will often see dozens of parapente gliders, many of which you can watch land just a 10 minute drive from the house . "La maison est très belle avec un coup de cœur pour la grande terrasse !!! Idéalement situé avec un terrain de pétanque à 2min en voiture. Petit bémol pour le sauna qui ne marchait pas ce week end là, seulement 3 raquettes de ping pong (dommage une 4eme serait la bienvenue) et le manche du baby-foot cassé donc pas de possibilité de jouer... Quelques rafraîchissements à ce niveau et ce serait parfait ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes, nous avons passé un super séjour !"

"Great panorama view. But the house would definitively need some renovations/modernisations for the price it is located. AND it should be deeply cleaned. Overall the stay is nice mainly due to the wonderfull panorama and location of the house."

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that.
