The apartment of 85m2 is located in the privileged Roques Daurades urbanization of l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and it has a terrace with outdoor furniture and frontal views of the sea, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, a paddle tennis and pickleball court, a basketball court, a playground and a small supermarket. The three bedrooms have two double beds and trundle bed for two guests. You will find two full bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, L'Or Barista coffee maker, air conditioning in all rooms, fans, central heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
