"Easy to find as it’s the first home just off the main road. That being said it can get a little noisy when the large trucks drive by. For the most part it didn’t bother us and you get used to it. Great lake for kayaking (not provided) we brought our own. The dock does have a ladder for easy access. We took our dog to the other end of the lake where it is shallow and has a sandy bottom. "This cottage was newer and very spacious and well appointed. The location on Diamond Lake is fantastic. A quiet spot for quiet people. The provided kayaks and paddleboards make it easy to get out on the lake."

"I was looking for a space to get out of the city and enjoy some nature. This space was great! The hosts were very gracious and gave me the privacy to unwind from the daily hustle and get some much needed r&r. Thank you!!"

"We were very impressed with our hosts. They were super nice and very accommodating. Hats up in the air to Oscar and Sage for making sure that we didn't forget our pets at home, and gave them extra scratches behind their ears. Definitely we will book again :-)"

"Great accommodations for our small family and dog as we explored Hastings County. Lots of fun in, on, and and out of the water. Jason and Susie were gracious hosts and kindly shared their knowledge the Weslemkoon area to help us get the most out of our visit. Looking forward to seeing the Eco Retreat continue to grow!"

"We had an amazing stay here. 10/10 would recommend. Deborah was a fantastic host and was able to answer any questions we had and even brought us fresh eggs in the morning. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area. "

"The only issue is the single washroom located at the 2nd floor. It would have been better if there is a powder room or another washroom at the main floor.Also, the vanity sink at the washroom is always clogging. But over all the place is good."

"My wife and I (and 17 year old son) spent three wonderful days at this 'Rustic' cabin. The cabin was clean, quaint and exactly what one would expect from a 'rustic' cabin experience. The hosts Jason & Suzie were magnificent and went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable. A very nice balance between relaxing on the property and adventures on the beautiful Westlemkoon Lake. We had a great time and look forward to returning."

"Everything you need for a cottage vacation"

"Perfect cozy cottage for a group of 4 or 5. We swam off the dock, went fishing and kayaking during the day, and had a nice campfire in the evenings. Located on a beautiful lake!! Highly recommend!"

Large yard to play games and a nice dock to fish and swim from. Theres a boat launch just down the road, so we were able to fully enjoy the lake.
