Sleeps Well, Kitchen and Furniture Sub Par
If you need a place to just crash, you'll be just fine. We had 5 adults and 3 kids sleep perfectly at this location and it was quick to our destinations in San Marcus, Lockhart and San Antonio. We loved the rooms and the water was hot for showers for all 8. 2 TV's helped keep kids entertained during downtime.
Things we didn't love that if changed would make this place 5 stars.
Kitchen cookware and glasses. The cookware here was low, even for rental standards, with pots cracked and pans dented. If you plan on using this place for meals I would look elsewhere. Location also lacked in glasses with not even enough to cover total occupants for 1 use. Some were plastic with major cracks.
Kitchen table is wood with raised grain ridges. Hurts your hands and elbows and traps all sorts of gunk. You could see it from past uses and we avoided it at all costs. Couches and chairs in main TV room also very uncomfortable, all parties agreed.
Not included in the rating but additional info. Walkway is overgrown with plants and can’t be used, yard looks unmaintained. Neighbors have excessive amounts of cars and block the left, right and across the driveway with their vehicles making parking a pain.
