The nearby hiking trails lead you through beautiful nature with a rich animal and plant life. If you like fishing, the mountain lakes in the area offer good opportunities, and if you want to pick up the pace, you can hike up to the top of Tveitakvitingen. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. Just a short drive away are Norheimsund and Øystese on the Hardangerfjord with most facilities. You can also experience a beautiful day on a fjord cruise.



In the winter months, Furedalen welcomes you to a beautiful ski area. Several ski lifts for young and old take you up the mountain and down the slopes. Warm up in the local café with a cup of tea or hot chocolate and enjoy the beautiful winter landscape!
