"We stayed at the property for one night and overall had a good experience however the amenities did not meet the 4 star hotel expectations. Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...

We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. The staff are excellent, friendly and multilingual. There are a number of dining options around, breakfast is included, and there is a nice coffee house and bakery in the same complex.
