"The host and the property is outstanding. Very cool and comfortable throughout the stay, easy to find and drive into, short easy drive to the main part of town, and the best part is the walkable beach access that regularly sees multiple seaturtles for feeding and a wonderful snorkeling location with clear water and natural wave breakers. Its pretty much a perfect location to stay in Hilo and is very much recommended."

"We had a lovely stay here for three nights while on the Hilo side of the island. Great location, close to all the major tourism sites and close enough to do a road trip for the day. Clean and comfortable. Having laundry available, en suite, was an amazing perk for this property and super helpful for us as a family. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. "

"We loved this little hidden cottage! It’s up away from Hilo town but close enough for shopping and restaurants. The cottage is set back from the main house so it’s very private. The garden is beautiful, serene & tropical. The decor is like a hotel cottage and the owner added touches to create an inviting stay. We’d stay again! "
