"We had a lovely stay at this property. I highly recommend; everything we could need to cook was in the kitchen. It was very clean! We could hear and see the ocean right from the condo. "

"Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Cozy cottage with a gym out back in a small building just a few feet away! It needs a little tender loving care with cleaning! Besides that it was a great place to stay. "

"My 10 year old and I spent a weekend here and it was lovely! Nice space for the two of us and fun location near the aquarium. The condo was clean overall but the kitchen supplies were not. All dishes and utensils were dirty. Only one pot was usable. The rest were gross. No dish soap or tin foil. Would stay again but bring my own pots and disposable plates! "

"Excellent place"

"This is a perfect, beach front location! Great layout for a family gathering, which is what we used it for. The house was clean, but it needs some cosmetic work. The managers were fantastic to work with, and we were able to check in early for an extra 100. Be aware the check out time is 10 a.m."

"Our stay was too brief. Just one week. This house has great potential. It is brand new and still a work in process. We enjoyed using the Keurig and the Airfryer. It is a very comfortable house with a great front porch to see the ocean view. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, despite the fact that he was suffering from Covid. We wish him luck with this new property."

The layout with bedrooms on multiple floors is perfect for large families who need their own space while also having a large area for being together. Only disappointment was that there is no bathroom (nor half-bath) for those sleeping in the 2nd king bedroom upstairs. They had to go to another floor to relieve themselves or shower. "Property was very clean, within walking distance from a few locations (coffee, eating establishments, events going on). Finding the location and parking was a breeze. Went during off season, the front desk was not available when we checked in, but receieved quck responses via text. Would recommend!"
