"Location was great for the festival at Fort Fisher. One suggestion is to replace the Keurig coffee maker. It has not been properly cleaned. But there was a new Mr Coffee that we used. It was sad to see all the beach erosion. I hope the sandbags will hold for future visits. "

"Our stay was too brief. Just one week. This house has great potential. It is brand new and still a work in process. We enjoyed using the Keurig and the Airfryer. It is a very comfortable house with a great front porch to see the ocean view. The owner was highly responsive to our needs, despite the fact that he was suffering from Covid. We wish him luck with this new property."

"Unfortunately, before our stay a storm hit the area and caused flooding damage to this location. However, Bryant Real Estate who manages the property was able to get us into another rental before our trip. The new rental was perfect for my family and was even closer to the beach than our original location. So I'd say we upgraded. "Location was PERFECT! We walked everywhere....the beach, the pier, breakfast, coffee, dinner, the arcade. The porches have great ocean views. The house was great and had plenty of room. Great size kitchen, even though I didn't do any cooking on this trip. It was great to have 2 full sized couches for all of us to be able to sit. We will be staying here again!"

"Everything was worn out. Oven did not work. Stove partially worked. A large portable oven was placed on the counter. This eliminated all counterspace. It was always very hot to touch.
