Luxury chalet in cozy village with many restaurants and hiking opportunities.

The chalet, built in 2007, is half of a semi-detached chalet and is divided between a ground floor and first floor. The chalet has 6 fixed sleeping places.

The garden and the balcony are oriented to the south and therefore have sun all day. The garden has a (heated) covered terrace with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the surroundings until the wee hours!

The house is under the supervision of the Dutch caretaker Frans Knoop. Frans lives with his family in Kotschach-Mauthen. He takes care of the key delivery and collection for us. Tourist tax return and electricity meter reading. French is the most valuable for our guests. He knows the area, the restaurants, the attractions and where necessary doctors. French is your regular point of contact for all your questions during your stay!

Living room with fireplace, radio / DVD / CD and satellite TV and corner sofa bed with extra sleeping accommodation for two people (adults).

First floor (40 m2):
Spacious landing with entrance to 2 bedrooms; 1 room with double bed and balcony and 1 room with two separate beds (parquet).

Bathroom with:
Washer / dryer combination - Vacuum cleaner - Drying rack - Shower - Toilet - Underfloor heating - Designer radiator - Ironing board with iron with shower, toilet and washer / dryer combination (tiling).


Vide (with fixed staircase):
A double bed with fixed cupboard.
