It was very clean and had everything we needed including boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, pickle ball paddles, tennis rackets, and tennis balls. Before buying those items check at the house if they are still there! (some items were probably left by previous guests). "Family of 5 stayed over Christmas break, and the location is everything we hoped for. This side of the island has a slowed pace of life, complete opposite of the Honolulu city. Kewela Bay proved perfect for snorkeling with sea turtles. We didn't visit the same beach twice. Its about 10 minutes from Foodland (closest grocery store) and 15 minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kaula Ranch and so many great family activities. "

"My friend and I spent 5 nights here. The location is excellent if you want a quiet spot close to beaches and nature. Bonus was the 5 minute walk to all the Totz Carlton had to offer if wanted. The condo had everything we needed to prepare food etc. bedding was very good. Security was sufficient to relax. It was missing a lanai but we stilll were able to sit outside in the evenings. Highly recommend for small group or family. "

"I stayed in unit 192. It accommodated 5 adults well. Good location in turtle bay. the air conditioning is small to cool the whole apartment well. But it wasn't a problem. The kitchen is ok. The owner was very attentive."
