Our flight was delayed and we had a serious problem to check in at another hotel that we had already paid for on this site, and booked this hotel few minutes before arriving, and we were well received. "A terrible experience. My flight from Dresden was delayed, and my train arrived in Chemnitz after 11 PM. I called the hotel by phone to notify them of the delay, and they informed me that the front desk check-in was only until 11 PM. I had already paid for the stays through this site, and so I went there anyway. I called again, they answered but do not received us, and I had to pay for another hotel (I used Hotels.com again). I would like to know how Hotels.com will solve this, as I paid for...

"칼 마르크스 조각상과 미술관이 가까이 위치해 이동이 편했음. 조식도 좋았음. 야간에 도착해서 호텔주차장 찾는데 힘들었지만 건물뒷편으로 가면 오른쪽 건물이 주차장건물이었음. 건물 뒷편 야외주차장은 아니었음. 야간 직원의 응대는 조금 실망스러웠지만 주차하고 다시 로비에 갔을때 그 놈은 퇴근했는지 없었고 다른 직원이 친절하게 응대해주어 좋았음."

"Não recomendo esse hotel, pois a localização não é muito agradável, não possui bares próximos e poucos atrativos. Tive uma decepção ao chegar, pois não está claro na rua que ali se encontra um hotel, só existe um interfone com o nome "Phoenix". Interfonei várias vezes e não fui atendida. Como na reserva informava que o check-in era as 15h e nós chegamos as 13h, resolvemos aguardar, com as malas na rua. Mesmo assim, eu liguei para o número da reserva, e informava que o telefone não existia....
