"This a perfect place for a quiet weekend. It is very private and has everything we need. And the decor is very tasteful. It was unfortunate the local Tavern was closed both evenings due to functions , but we will definitely nook again ."

"Such a lovely place. Very clean and tidy. So close to all amenities, shops and the beach. We had a great time and 4 little boys who enjoyed playing hide and seek throughout the whole place. They said it was perfect for it. Allison was an amazing host. Thanks again for the hospitality. "

"16 of us stayed here for my 30th birthday. 12 adults and 4 kids. The property fitted our needs perfectly for a large group of all ages for a 5 day getaway. There was ample space for us all, so much to keep the kids entertained all while the adults could enjoy a drink in the spa and pool. "Basically good. However no enough rubbish bags/bottom step of inside stairs quite dangerous-needs a strip/hot water on ground floor at best lukewarm"

"Great house. Very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Great yard for the dogs too."

"The property is in a great location and we have stayed in this part of Inverloch before and enjoy the stroll along the beach into town to grab our morning coffee. The process if you require linen was not the best in terms of you had to contact the Linen Service separately from the local Real Estate Agent who manages the property. Not the most seamless process."

"Our host, Kim, was incredible! Excellent communication and so welcoming and friendly. The place is STUNNING! Clean, easy access and everything we hoped for. The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls."

"Perfect location for exploring the area - Bass Coast, Wilson's Prom, Philip Island etc. Lewis and Judy made us very welcome. They gave us very helpful information on things to do and places to eat. The studio is very clean and well equipped. The garden is beautiful. It's a short walk to the beach. tthebeabeach.awalks. "

"This was a great stay for our pets and teenagers. Close to everything and having 2 living areas was great. Master bed was comfortable and although kitchen very dated had everything we needed. Oven and Fridge looked new and were clean. Some repairs and Maintenace required but did not affect our stay at all. "

"Comfortable and cosy house to relax in and lovely to be able to bring our dogs. They loved the large alfresco backyard area, but being able to sleep inside if cold. It is close to the shops and ocean and had everything we could need. Inverloch itself is charming and friendly and very quiet off-season."
