"I was looking for a central place to stay with diving in mind. View was fantastic and it is below 2000 feet.So very clean and having shampoo and conditioner was so helpful. Yes, there are chickens and dueling feral roosters that start crowing about 3am, close the windows worked well for us, nice and cool by then. Will be back if available again!So"

"Janie was great to work with. Our grandkids loved the pool. We had 10 of us and each couple got our own rooms and the kids took over the side area and couch. Kitchen was well stocked and big enough for us to move around in for sure. The outdoor rinse off area was very nice when we came back from the beach. We would use it again. Thank you. "

The check out of 10 am sucks, especially as it seems the extra time isn't needed for cleaning. I believe we received a discount because we booked one night about a week and a half prior to staying. "Our Keauhou Bay Christmas vacation was awesome.The property is beautiful, with stunning views of the bay.We watched surfers and boogie boarders from the living room window and back deck. We even saw some whales!Thank you for sharing your island paradise with our family."

"It was a cozy room with a small kitchenette. We enjoyed our stay. The dish washing sink was in a common area, which was locked one day, causing inconvenience, but it was taken care of eventually. Our breaker kept getting tripped due to using the induction stove, but we were made aware of how to reset it, and it was easy after that. "

Two of my family members are extremely allergic to cats. The listing didn't mention cats at the time of our booking - however, that has been changed. The owner did communicate that there was a feral cat near the home before...

The pool area was beautifully landscaped and very private. All-in-all, couldn't have had a better stay. Very quit and peaceful."

"Quiet and nice distant ocean view with whales. Rich Hawaiian historical place in Keauhou Bay and He’ia Bay. We did not get a reply to our email queries, lack of communication resulted in some stress and lost opportunities.Perfume outlet plugins were really noxious to us."

"Stayed 5 nights here after 5 nights on the east side. Studio was perfect - just the right amount of space for the two of us. Decorated very nice, comfortable bed, clean, had everything you needed, peaceful view of the awesome sunsets from the veranda. Wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!"
