"We loved our stay here! The space was clean and had everything we could have needed. The hosts have thought of everything with a well stocked kitchen, soft towels, beach gear, towels and more. We loved drinking coffee on the big deck. Other reviews had us a little concerned about being woken up by roosters, but we closed the windows at night and turned on sound machines (one they provided and one we brought) and it wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The owners were wonderful with communication as needed. Beautiful area, quiet and peaceful. Loved having coffee every morning on the lanai!. "

"Property is clean and modern- feels very peaceful. In great location-15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Porch was beautiful. This is as advertised. "

"The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. One negative, however, was the dishwasher did not operate, and who wants to do dishes when on holiday?"

"Swam twice a day and enjpyed the outdoor patio dining! Very relaxing stay. Beds were so comfortable! Kitchen had everything you need!"

"This is a very nice place to unwind. The other condos that we've stayed at are closer to the beach but those areas seem a little more busy and hectic. Out here is less touristy and therefore quieter and relaxed. Much more of a house/home than a mass produced condo feel. "

"This was a good place for 3 couples to share. Waikaloa Village has easy access to many of our favorite beaches. The only downside was that it is managed by Vacasa, our least favorite vacation rental management company. Half the lightbulbs in the kitchen were out as well as one in the bedroom. The can openers were almost unusable even by very strong men. Apparently there was a new dishwasher because the silverware holder was strapped to the back of the dishwasher with the folding basket...

"Great location and very quiet! Loved the turkeys, goats,etc. Vacasa was very good about taking care of issues. Furnishing were very nice, the beds slept well. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Pool are was very nice and well kept Once most of the kinks were addressed all was better. Carpet could definitely use a good cleaning. Would stay here again "

"The house has a fantastic location, amazing views and interesting architecture. However, we were there one night, and the pool and hot tub were dirty. No skimmer was provided so we could try to clean it and the master bathtub wasn't clean either. The drain had dirt and hair. The check out of 10 am sucks, especially as it seems the extra time isn't needed for cleaning. I believe we received a discount because we booked one night about a week and a half prior to staying. "This rental has a spectacular view! We are thrilled that we were able to spot Humpback whales every day from the lanai. We watched outrigger canoe groups, kayakers, and other boats. Each day was concluded watching the sunset hoping to see the green flash. And we enjoyed the.sweet little birds keeping us company by the lanai. The rental is clean, comfortable, well stocked. Edgar, the owner, was very attentive when a couple of questions came up, which we greatly appreciate. "

"We held a group retreat in this beautiful house and everything worked brilliantly for us. Location was easy to find and access. Allyson was incredibly helpful and accomodating. My only disappointment was not meeting her in person as she was off island, however the house was well managed in her absence. Would definitely stay here again. AllAllyson was "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and straightforward. We had a couple of very minor concerns and maintenance was there first thing the next morning (what incredible service!). The house was lovely and everything we were looking for. Two of my family members are extremely allergic to cats. The listing didn't mention cats at the time of our booking - however, that has been changed. The owner did communicate that there was a feral cat near the home before...

"We've stayed in Wit & Darlene's condo 15-18 times over the past years. Always enjoyed it and also enjoyed getting to know them. Very nice people! "

"This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! We prefer to have our own kitchen which is why we rent Ed the condo, but there is a beautiful Outrigger resort nearby that we walked to for coffee every morning and a look at the beautiful...
