Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!
Our ocean front spacious condo in the heart of Poipu beach next to theSheraton Hotel has it all! This beautiful condo has unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It is very spacious with over 1,800 square feet of living space with two bedrooms upstairs and 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful remodeled kitchen with everything to cook a gourmet meal. It's just a short walk to the beach and access to a pool with ocean views. This resort also offers tennis courts.
The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. All beach gear available as well. Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!
The local community and tourists like to gather by the resort at sunset that may or may not disrupt your quiet time. Mahalo!

The accommodations were really nice, better than advertised. The furnishings are beautiful and so tasteful. Everything necessary to make your stay just like home. Great support from the property manager if needed. Absolutely will stay again! Don’t hesitate to book.

We loved our stay at Poipu Kapili. The condo was beautiful and ideally located. The area was peaceful but also very close to lots of good restaurants, beaches, and shops. The condo itself was very spacious and clean, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. We loved our lanai! There were several useful amenities in the condo, such as beach chairs. We did wish there were a few more toiletries, but we had everything we needed overall. We look forward to returning to Poipu Kapili again!

Relaxing Getaway with Incredible Oceanfront
This was our second visit to The Garden Isle introducing it's incredible beauty to our 12-year old son. We selected the property based on it's location and reviews. Pluses ... Oceanfront patio with views to die for, very spacious property with good amenities exactly as described in the listing, convenient location in Poipu/Koloa with easy access to fabulous beaches, incredible walking trails and everything else, pool and grills, excellent communication with Corey (property manager), super easy check-in. Minuses ... None. We will return.

Perfect Vacation Spot
Everything about this condo is wonderful---great location, nice furnishings, comfy bedrooms, great soaking tub, well stocked kitchen. The pool area is nice with plenty of umbrellas and chaise lounges. Best of all is the convenient location to the beach wall and fabulous sunsets and star gazing. We'll request this property for out next stay in Poipu.

There was four of us, all in our sixties and we all have had owned rental property in the past. We were pleased with the property at and on every level. Everything was as represented, location is key, and comfort is everything. The condo was clean, everything worked and this condo is popular. All you have to do is look at the calendar and see for yourself. Corey is very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our text quickly. I wish I could get my kids to answer my text as fast! The only regret we have is not having enough time to stay here longer, but we will next time! Aloha!

Spacious oceanfront condo
Overall we had a nice stay here. The condo is extremely spacious and decorated very well with beautiful artifacts and art pieces - you can tell the owners decorated it and stay here. You can watch sea turtles swimming from the second floor balcony which our kids loved. Beds are large and comfortable. There is a street between you and the ocean but traffic is relatively light. The resort grounds are well manicured and pretty. The only two real negatives were synthetic sheets and a considerable odor of what we think was pet urine downstairs. We also didn’t like the south shore of Kauai (we enjoyed the north shore much more), but that’s not a knock on the condo at all and is just our location preference. If you want to be on the south shore, this would be a good place to be based.

Fantastic view
The place was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Wonderful view from the patio and master bedroom. The beds very comfortable. Well stoked with towels and chairs for the beach , they even had hats in case if your forgot, which happened to my husband!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights. The condo was well appointed and had a beautiful view. A:/C was great and lots of chairs and boogie boards to use at beach. Property manager answered very quickly when we asked for late check out.

Perfect location and beautiful view of the water
We had a wonderful time at this property in Poipu and highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience this area of Kauai. The location was easy to walk to the Sheraton beach, a 2 to 5 minute drive to most any other local beach or restaurant you'd like to visit, and gives you a perfect view of the ocean to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. We really enjoyed the ease and luscious landscaping of the overall property, which has a lovely pool that is not too loud or crowded at any time. Very simple to communicate with the property manager, easy check-in process, and they were happy to accommodate providing a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Great Condo
We had a great stay at Kapili Condos #9. The property is well cared for. We greatly appreciate Corey for the timely repairs of minor issues that came up. I would have rated the property 5 stars except: 1. No beach access directly in front of the condos. 2. The nightly gathering of locals to watch the sunset. The Kauai PD could do a better job policing the no parking zone. 3. While the unit was generally clean it could use a deep cleaning. In particular the door and window louvers look like they have not been dusted in quite some time. Mahalo for a great stay.

Corey was awesome in getting back to us. Appreciated all the thoughtful extras - chilled wine and glasses, chocolates, juice, ground coffee, chips, water bottles, fruit!!! Then there were beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo! Spacious, clean, beautiful sunsets. Lovely patio to enjoy the ocean. Wish it wasn’t so far away from Toronto!!!

Perfect Family Vacation
We have been to Kauai a number of times and love it, but this location and condo was just perfect for our family and the ages of our kids (19, 16, 10). The condo is extremely spacious, loved having 3 bathrooms, the views of sunsets, morning rainbows, beautiful garden areas, and the pool were just what we were hoping for on our vacation. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels, and we really enjoyed using the beach gear in the closet with boogie boards, beach chairs, ice chest, etc. It was a short walk to the Sheridan beach to jump in the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the lanai every morning and evening. Just perfect and great family memories....we will for sure be coming back to this location. Mahalo!

The perfect vacation home for our family!
We've visited Kauai (and Hawaii in general) many times, and have stayed in many different types of accommodations, and this was by far the best place we've stayed. Everything was great from start to finish. The booking process was simple, communication with the property manager gave us all the details to make check-in and check-out very easy, and the place overall was impeccable. It was a great size for our family of 6, and the location and ocean views could not be better. All the decor and furniture was upscale and high-quality (not the usual cheap stuff in rentals), and comfortable. It was extremely clean and fully stocked -- the kitchen had everything you needed, there was a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon), and even the bathrooms were full of nice toiletries. The air conditioning was great on those hot and humid days. Our whole family (even the picky kids) loved everything about this rental, and we were very sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit for families, and we will definitely be staying here again next time we're in Kauai. Thank you for a great stay!!
