The room we were put in was clearly a pet room. The window screen was torn and patched, the curtains full of holes, the doors deeply scratched and painted over, and in general showing a lot of wear. We were at the end of the hall nearest an exit door that received traffic at all hours so we had the constant sound of that door being released and slamming shut.
Check in was pretty smooth since we had a paid reservation, but upon check out, the staff grilled us unnecessarily and without reason about our ADA service dog who is ultra clean, quiet and well mannered. My guess is the staff was uneducated about the Americans Disability Act.
Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the room was doable for the one night. The breakfast was enough to sustain us till the next meal and the dining area was clean.
