"Communication and check in flawless, the cottage was clean and peaceful . Bed was comfortable, the TV in the bedroom either needs additional instruction on how to get it to work or needs to be replaced. The bathroom toilet needs to be replaced and the tub needs to be scrubbed . The living room furniture could use an upgrade. The kitchen window should have a blind for privacy. Overall stay was very affordable and we would stay there again. Thanks !"

"My family (2 adults, 13yr old and 8 yr old daughters +our dog) stayed for 3 nights in October and loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the views from the cabins are amazing. The location is a perfect balance of being remote enough to be out of the craziness of PF but close enough for an easy drive into both PF and Gatlinburg. "Property was as pictured. They say tiny home and it was a lot bigger than I imagined. I was busy all trip so having peace and quiet was great. The host is quick at responding and there if needed. I didn’t need much at all. The river was peaceful. If you are second guessing this booking don’t because this place is a gem. "

"We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute"
