People mistake my talking and rambling as a threat to them. I am no longer welcome to any properties that the cleaning staff has access to which is a lot of properties in the Knoxville area. SAD People have issues with those who are a little different. "

The apartment has beautiful views of the river (although they would be improved with washed windows). UT, downtown attractions, and tons of dining choices are all within easy walking distance. "The place was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! When we first arrived we were a little worried about location, seemed far away, but in reality it was closer than we thought. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, but if you prefer walking, which I do, it was too far for that. Would definitely stay here again. Property management was extremely easy to communicate with. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama!"
