"The home is wonderfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with tools for cooking. The two bedrooms are well separated, with their own bathrooms, providing plenty of privacy for two couples. The vibe is casual while nice. Not at all tacky. It feels like someone’s real home. The home is on one level with no steps up from the street. Nearby homes require steep stairs. This made for an even easier stay. Super place! Nice hot tub too. "

"This is a fantastic stay for 2 couples. You can't beat the spaciousness, comfort, hot tub and well stocked kitchen. We felt like cool kids playing the vinyl! The beds were comfy and area is sooooo quiet at night. I gave the location a 4 only because of the narrow, windy road up to the property and the tricky parking. I am a bit of a chicken behind the wheel but by the second day, the road and parking weren't as tricky, so I chalked it up to adding some adventure to our stay. I highly...

"Very comfortable home with lots of space to be cosy together or to find time alone. Great outdoor areas for both sunshine and shade. Big kitchen and living room areas with plenty of light. The shower was great - hot water and strong water pressure - very appreciated! "Our stay in this wonderful Monte Rio home cannot be overstated. We had a thoroughly enjoyable Thanksgiving week here. The home had everything we needed. The hot tub had a few easily solved quirks, but that was it! We stayed warm, ate well, and really enjoyed the area. We hiked along Jenner Headlands Preserve, wine tasting at Lambert Bridge Winery,awesome sandwiches at The Farmer’s Wife in Sebastopol, and attended an extraordinary concert at the Iccidental Center for the Arts.
