"The B&B was a last minute booking to break a journey up. So glad we selected this property. The house was very well presented. Rooms had everything you could need including plenty of space. We opted for breakfast and that was excellent value. Despite the property being located next to a busy main road it was really well insulated for sound with very little to no disturbance. The area had lots of routes and walks plus the pub opposite was really hospitable for an evening meal and drink. "

"The type of home stay that Tom offers is one of the joys travelling, particularly as a solo walker. Tom is an excellent host and his cottage is beautiful. He has thought of everything to make his guests comfortable and as a walker I was very happy to have a soak in the bath and be offered laundry facilities. Thanks again Tom :) "

"The Guesthouse was in an ideal location to visit by foot the sites of Ludlow. Parking on the front. The host (Ray) was charming and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. The room was large and airy with comfy bed. A small fridge with water and milk provided. I cannot fault it. "

"We needed a place to stay while visiting family and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or more welcoming hosts! Comfortable and warm beds in a beautiful place (we stayed in the stable cottage) with everything thought of - we had tea and home made flapjack waiting for us in the room and more breakfast than we really needed but it was so delicious! "Lovely farmhouse. Although described as standard double, the room was larger than expected as was the bathroom which boasted separate shower and bath. The whole suite was immaculately clean and extras such as biscuits and fruit and ‘proper’ milk in a mini fridge were provided.
