"Die Wohnung ist klein, aber vollwertig und schön eingerichtet. Leider ist kein Platz mehr für eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt einen Balkon direkt zum See zeigend, welcher vollständig abgeschlossen werden kann. Der Wohnblock liegt nah an der Straße, es wird dementsprechend etwas lauter, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Es gibt auch einen Kickertisch. Da es im Sommer aufgrund des fehlenden Luftdurchzugs tagsüber warm wird, gibt es einen leisen Deckenventilator. Die Betten sind ganz gemütlich. Es gibt einen...

"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"Die Kommunikation im Voraus mit den Eigentümern der Hütte war total unkompliziert. Die Anreise im Dunkeln im Nebel & Schnee vom Ort zur Hütte hoch war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber gut machbar. Die Hütte ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. In der Küche sind Spüli, Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Gewürze etc. vorhanden. Wir hatten aber alles selbst dabei. "We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice."

"Ein wunderbarer Ort um kurz abzuschalten. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr heimelig. Der gesamte Garten ist eingezäunt für Hunde/Kinder und es hat sehr bequeme Liegestühle. Es liegt zwar direkt an der Strasse, wenn man aber hinten raus sitzt und die Schlafzimmer hinten raus hat ist es absolut kein Problem. Gerne wieder!"
